Bellissimo! Gli aspetti positivi superano quelli negativi!

Pro: la posizione stratosferica e l’ambiente accogliente, un nido sull’Arno.

Contro: Il divano letto un po’ scomodo se utilizzato da adulti e le rampe di scale per arrivare all’ appartamento ( non c’è ascensore).

Pro: Spacious and good downstairs. Great views from windows. Great central position.

Contro: Mezzanine needs much better lighting. Air-conditioning too small to cope with the size of the apartment in hot weather.

Will absolutely stay here again - highly recommend for 2-3 people looking to cover a lot of ground while in Firenze.

Pro: Absolutely perfect location and great spacious space to return back too after visiting all the busy sites and museum! Great homey vibe with wonderful daylight in the morning and evening!

Contro: The location and feel of the space!

Pro: Great location across the street from the Arno River with amazing views of Ponte Vecchio. Apartment is in walking distance from the train station, to all major sites, shopping, and food on both side of the river. It is clean, comfortable, and has all the essentials needed/expected for our stay (matched what was listed on the site) and was quiet with the windows closed. A sliding door can turn the living room sofa bed into a private space. The host, Matteo, is extremely friendly, helpful, and kept in touch throughout our stay. When an appliance broke (at no fault of the host or the apartment), he was prompt to personally inspect it, try to resolve, request an urgent service call, and go above and beyond to remedy the situation. Many riposos were spent in front of the open windows! We would stay here again, even with all the stairs!

Pro: Great location with wonderful views. Walkable to all the attractions. The host Matteo is a nice person to deal with. Explained us all the necessary info and kept in touch during our stay. Happy to stay there and a definite recommendation.

Pro: The view is amazing. The apartament is close to Duomo or Palazzo Vecchio. Many restaurants around. Everything is good here.

PINI is a jewell of an apartment with stunning views of the Ponte Vecchio

Pro: We ideally wanted a place, with space to move, at the core of old Florence. PINI turned out to be the perfect spot. The apartment is right on the River Arno about 200m from the Ponte Vecchio. Views from the windows of our 4th floor were stunning at sunrise and sunset. We were met by our host young Matteo, who gave us a hand with our bags up the four flights of stairs. He then briefed us on various local ice cream parlors, restaurants, and attractions, while showing us around the apartment's facilities. Even after a long day of travel Matteo's happy enthusiasm gave us the energy boost we needed. Bella Italia! The PINI apartment is owned by a London-Resident psychiatrist. The walls are lined with books on various medical treatises (mostly in Italian) and an eclectic range of artworks. There is plenty of room for two people, with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom, with all the facilities. We will be back Matteo!

Contro: An elevator (lift) would have been great...But the room would have had to be smaller and more expensive if there was a lift... so no complaints from us.

Pro: The apartment was in a great location with a beautiful view over the river. It's very close to all the main attractions and lots of restaurants. Our host gave lots of recommendations and was very helpful with everything :) We would definitely stay again if we are lucky enough to visit Florence again one day.

Perfect apartment for a couple or small family visiting the Florence

Pro: The location is as good as it gets and the apartment was comfy, cosy and safe. The host Matteo was very nice and provided many helpful suggestions for places to eat, things to do & logistical advice (car rental, where to park, how to get to the airport, etc).

Pro: Great location! You can see the old bridge in the room. Very clean! The host is very friendly. He gave us so many help.
