Heart of Florence in great Location

Wonderful location, hosts and space!

Pro: Everything! Huge space. Great for kids. Lisa was wonderful and let us check in earlier which we appreciated.

Contro: Out of the control of the owners but the neighbours are very loud. The door to enter to apartment building gets slammed at all hours of the night and can be heard very clearly in the apartment. There is also a dog that gets taken out around 10-12pm every night and barks constantly when going down the stairs. Noise from the road can be an issue for light sleepers in the front room as well.

Beautiful apartment

Pro: We loved everything about it. The lady that met us there to check in was lovely and very informative. The apartment is beautiful and we loved that we all had our own bathrooms and the location is great, easy to hop on public transport when needed but also very walkable.

Stunning apartment in a great location

Pro: Great location and the apartment itself is beautiful.

Pro: This was a beautiful traditional apartment. It was very comfortable and it was in a great location. The area was excellent with a short walk to all the famous sights. Many restaurants were very close to the apartment.

Contro: Nothing that we didn't like

Pro: Location, cleanliness, decoration and atmosphere all outstanding.

Contro: Extra glazing to the front windows as it can be quite noisy at night.

Great location in Firenze!

Pro: A lovely place! Everything is clean and the furnishing is done with a lot of love for the detail. And of course the location near the palazzo pitti is perfect. We had a great time with the family. Elenora was a helpful host.

Contro: The usual italian stuff like a not proberly functioning shower, some kitchen appliances not working right and so on. Unfortunatly there was a construction site in the appartement below us. That was very loud during the day and one night even till 2 AM! But Eleonora took care of it, that they don‘t work during the quiet hours.

Extremely cozy in the middle of florence

Pro: The location was amazing! The house is really cozy and suitable for a small group of people! The host are amazingly friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place! Thank you for your hospitality! 🥰

Contro: I think the kitchen could use some renewal kitchenware especially the pans. It’s a wonderful place to cooke and eat all together. That for the quality of the pans offered could be better.

Overall we had a lovely stay. Would recommend it to visitors to Florence who want to feel a bit like a local.

Pro: Location was very convenient. Spacious and almost everything we required for our stay. Radiator heating was a bonus on cold days/ nights. The washing machine was a blessing after a 10 day organised tour.

Contro: Hated the stairs. Difficult for more mature visitors. Could have more lighting in the kitchen. Bath was awkward to get in/out of- very high.Second bathroom had a very small shower and high steps to contend with. Kitchen could do with another small saucepan and some more bowls and cups.

Pro: Excellent location, appaartment was great , it was spacious and comfortable. Well equipped, easy to use facilities . Very comfortable seating area plenty of towels and comfortable beds .

Contro: Enjoyed everything. If anything, the cups and mugs could be updated, and a couple were cracked. The shower doors didn't close properly, so some water got out when showering. But it didn't spoil our stay

Fantastic place - highly recommend
