Santa Croce Elegant Apartment

Pro: La posizione, il parcheggio a pochi minuti. La casa grande, con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni, ottima soluzione per le famiglie numerose.

Pro: Direi tutto, a parte il secondo bagno troppo piccolo . Comodo, accogliente, ben attrezzato, pulito, letti comodi, staff e organizzazione precisi e molto disponibili. Ottima posizione rispetto al centro e in generale per la visita alla citta, anche arrivando in treno

Contro: Il secondo bagno troppo piccolo rispetto alla descrizione, essendo 2 famiglie era importante

Pro: La posizione è ottima e la casa è pulita e spaziosa.

Contro: Terzo piano senza ascensore, nelle vicinanze abbiamo trovato pochi posti dove poter fare colazione. Il problema più grande è stato con il check in. Siamo arrivati dopo le 18,30 e ci hanno fatto trovare le chiavi in un box nelle vicinanze dell'appartamento. Le indicazioni per trovare il box erano poco chiare e abbiamo perso molto tempo a trovarle senza poter contattare L'host perché non rispondeva al telefono . Avevamo dei bambini con noi.

Pro: A private apartment in Florence. A very nice and cozy place — extremely clean and warm, located right in the city center. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you very much, we will definitely come back again!

Pro: Great place in the center, everything you need to see as sights is nearby. It's clean and quiet :)

Excellent apartment close to local night life

Pro: 1.The apartment is almost brand new, with nice kitchen appliances. Both beds are 160 cm wide. We were two people, each one of us occupied a double bedroom. No extra cost in this case: very honest in price transparency. (In some other apartments they would charge you extra for this situation.) 2.The Alfred Concierge is just next door. We didn't need to visit for help, otherwise would be very convenient. Their service was very professional, and so helpful that they exceeded our expectation. We received a list of recommended restaurants even. 3.The door has an extra lock to keep it safe. 4.Remember to adjust the heating radiator, it works very well and can get too hot at night.

Contro: 1.The bed sheets were clean but the blanket inside smells of somebody's sweat, and the smell went through the sheet. 2.One bathroom could be used only as a toilet (too barebone for shower). Luckily we were just two people, one shower was enough. 3.One bedroom is very quiet, the other more noisy. 4.No cigarette smell from neighbors like in some reviews, so that smoking neighbor was gone! However, I recommend the owner consider buying some door seals for the main door. There are some big gaps which would let in air from outside. Door seals (like rubber tapes) won't cost more than 30 euros! 5.We got a discount for booking this apartment on mobile phone, otherwise I'd decrease the value-for-money rating. The location is very close to local night life, but far from the main sights, and especially not easy to walk on a rainy day.

Great apartment for a small group

Pro: The location is excellent - two of the rooms were completely quiet at night and the third had some neighbor noise during the day but was quiet at night. The apartment is up a few flights of stairs but overall easily accessible with light luggage. Clean towels, soaps and hairdryers were available. It was clean and comfortable. We received prompt communication via Booking and also through a concierge service via WhatsApp.

Contro: A few basic supplies for cleaning dishes would be helpful to find easily. The second bathroom is a wet room so we used just one shower. At least one set of towels had only small towels while others were complete. However, many times, the concierge service and host (via Booking) asked the same questions which we'd answered already.

Pro: Nice apartment - clean, good location, close to all main attractions and nice restaurants close by (great bakery across the road too).

Contro: Everything was great.

A great apartment - charming, clean, safe and comfortable

Pro: Our stay was excellent overall. The host accommodated our request for an early check-in and was already there to meet us at the property so that we could leave our luggages. The location was great as it was within walking distance to many attractions and there is a really nice bakery across the apartment. It was very clean, warm and the beds were comfortable. I liked that it was on the top floor so it was very bright. The space had multiple bedrooms and bathrooms - perfect for our family of 5.

Contro: These are not really cons but the room we were in was on the top floor so if the suitcases are heavy the staircase climb may be tough. You may have to purchase detergent for dishwashers or laundry washers if you want to use them but there are stores nearby.
