Pro: Personale veramente super gentile, abbiamo avuto un piccolo incidente di percorso e lo staff è stato efficace e velocissimo nel darci una mano nonostante fosse il 1/01. Posizione buona e nell appartamento non mancava veramente nulla.
Contro: Pulizia discreta. Sono un soggetto allergico ed in una delle due stanze era presente molta polvere e il piumone sporco di trucco. Per il resto la casa e l altra camera erano ben curate pulite e sistemate.

Spazioso appartamento ben collegato con il centro
Pro: Appartamento pulito e spazioso in zona vicina e ben collegata al centro. Cucina dotata di tutti gli utensili ed elettrodomestici. Bagno finestrato e doccia con comodi poggia oggetti. Staff sempre disponibile, che ha risposto a ogni dubbio nell'arco di pochi minuti.
Contro: Doverci occupare noi di buttare i rifiuti alla fine del soggiorno, i cassonetti sono vicini al palazzo quindi per fortuna nessun problema.

Pro: The automated check-in made for an agreeable experience on our first day. The apartment was spacious, clean and sported very comfortable beds. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher. There are plenty of cupboards and closets to store unused clothing in. The apartment is thirty minutes away from Florence's city centre by foot. That allowed us to enjoy a dynamic, pleasant stay without ever needing a taxi or paying for public transport. There is a convenience store and ice cream parlour just down the road as well.
Contro: Management does not accept early check-in or late check-out. They do not even allow for you to deposit your luggage at the property prior to the earliest permitted check-in time of 16:00, which is extremely inconvenient. There is noticeable wall damage on every wall in the apartment. There is no drying machine, and the provided rack to dry washed clothes on is ridiculously small. At some stage during our stay, there was a power outage ー management deemed these \

A beautiful place to stay.
Pro: The accomodation was clean, beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. The little balcony from the kitchen was just room enough for two people to watch and enjoy the late afternoon sun as well as a great place to watch the world head off to work in the morning. The bathroom was plenty big enough with an adjustable shower with plenty of hot water. The towels fresh and fluffy. The bed was comfortable as well. Getting around Florence was easy with transport close by and a very well stocked supermarket a few minutes walk.
Contro: They forgot to provide the plug for the kitchen sink!

Pro: Świetny kontakt z gospodarzami. W razie zaistnienia problemu, powiadomili mnie o tym, od razu zaproponowali rozwiązanie sytuacji. Przy przekazaniu kluczy także nie było żadnego problemu, a wymeldowanie było bez problemowe.
Contro: Lokum było nieco zakurzone - naczynia w części miały na sobie kurz, tak samo pokoje mogłyby być czystsze - nie zaważyło to jednak na komforcie naszego pobytu.

Pro: Camerele curate,spațioase,relativ aproape de stații tramvai și bus și supermarket,aproximativ 5-10minute de mers pe jos .
Contro: Faptul că este stradal ,foarte multă gălăgie,nu te poți odihni,vecinii foarte gălăgioși,la 2noaptea făceau gălăgie maxima. La baie nu are suport pentru periuță dinți,pasta . Bucătăria nu are condimente esențiale precum zahar,ulei,etc.

Apartamento amplio, limpio, bien equipado
Pro: Apartamento muy espacioso, bien equipado, no echamos en falta nada para pasar unos días en Florencia en familia. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias.
Contro: Zona de difícil aparcamiento, pero bien situado, cerca del centro de Florencia. Algo ruidoso, la ventanas no aíslan bien del ruido exterior.

Pro: Ubytování pohodlné, pokoje moc hezky zařízené, se smyslem pro detail. Pro 5 osob dostačující. 3 pokoje - dvě ložnice s manželskou postelí + rozkládací gauč v obývacím pokoji. Hodně úložných prostor. Jen kuchyně je trochu retro, v jedné zásuvce špína. Vybavení dostačující, dokonce myčka i tablety k dispozici. Jen chyběl přípravek na mytí nádobí, na opláchnutí pár kousků nádobí (bohužel s sebou nevozím) když nechcete kvůli třem hrnečkům zapínat myčku. Také jsme využili pračku, je zde i sušák na prádlo a žehlička. I adaptér do zásuvky. V každé místnosti je klimatizace, což jsme ocenili při teplotách 38 stupňů. Byt je sice stranou od centra, cca 30 min pěšky k hlavním památkám, ale nám nevadilo. Příjemná procházka. Jde využít i bus, ale není to tak velká úspora času.
Contro: Nefungoval výtah, naštěstí jen první patro. Parkování je složité v centru Florencie, což jsme očekávali - 30€ noc v uzavřeném dvoře. Ale paní Viktorie velice rychle reagovala na zprávy a poradila nám, kde zaparkovat.
