Soggiorno impeccabile

Pro: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 3 notti ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica. L’appartamento era impeccabilmente pulito, curato in ogni dettaglio e dal vivo ancora più bello delle foto. Il letto è comodissimo e la zona è molto tranquilla, abbiamo dormito benissimo. La posizione è perfetta, si raggiunge tutto a piedi e ci sono bar e ristoranti molto buoni nelle vicinanze. Un ringraziamento speciale a Lisa, la nostra host, gentilissima e sempre disponibile, ci ha dato ottimi consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Il check-in è stato semplice e veloce. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, consigliamo assolutamente questo appartamento e torneremo sicuramente la prossima volta!

Pro: L'appartamento si trova in una posizione eccellente, proprio a pochissimi metri da Ponte Vecchio. Alessia è stata molto disponibile e abbiamo preso possesso della casa prima dell'orario stabilito per il check in. Tra l'altro ci ha aperto da remoto dopo averci fornito il codice di accesso per il portone del palazzo. Quindi un'ulteriore comodità, evitando appuntamenti. Una casa pulitissima, dotata di due camere da letto e due bagni molto funzionali. C'è anche tutto l'occorrente in cucina, anche se noi non ne abbiamo usufruito. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente, vista l'abitazione e, soprattutto, la sua posizione.

Amazing apartment

Pro: I stayed in this apartment with my partner, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The location is close to all main attractions, so we could walk everywhere. At the same time, the neighborhood felt very quite and safe. The apartment itself was impeccable, even better than the photos, and most importantly it was spotless. We also slept extremely well, as the bed was really comfortable. The host is very responsive, she gave us clear instructions and she made us feel really taken care of during the entire stay. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Contro: Communication with the staff was inconsistent. At check-out, messages and phone calls were not answered, and the phone number was unavailable, which was frustrating.

It's convenient and clean!

Pro: Clean, in a good location, and there's a supermarket right downstairs! The environment is quiet and it's close to the old bridge. It's also convenient to eat out. The room is very warm and the hot water is excellent. All the necessary items are available in the room and there is a washing machine. The lady who does the cleaning is very enthusiastic and provides excellent service.

Contro: The Wi-Fi signal in the master bedroom is a bit weak, but this is not a big problem for a short stay during a trip.
