Pro: Posizione perfetta, in 10/15 minuti si arriva facilmente in tutte le principali mete turistiche di Firenze. L’appartamento piacevole, letto comodo. Dotato di tutti i confort indispensabili.

Contro: La mancanza del bidet è un punto a sfavore. Sarebbe stato gradito la presenza di una bottiglietta d’acqua e qualche capsula del caffè all’arrivo.

I would recommend this place to my friends and if have opportunity to visit Florence again will book the place again!

Pro: Great location and the most comfortable bed we slept while in Italy!!!! Surprisingly very quiet during the night!

Contro: Would be great if there were instructions where to dispose our rubbish. The apartment had dishwasher and washing machine, but no dishwasher tablets and washing machine powder or liquid. We stayed 5 days and we needed to use them, but did not worth to buy these products for one or two loads.

Pro: Central but quiet Walkable to all the sights A lift for heavy luggage Clean and bright with a comfortable bed Good kitchen facilities although we didn’t get time to use them!

Contro: Great location off Piazza di Santa Croce but this might be too busy a location for some.

Good location and a comfortable stay

Pro: It was very convenient for our trip! Good location and a lovely place. The bed was so comfortable we slept great everyday!

Contro: We seemed to have quite a few mosquitoes in the bathroom

Pro: Location is perfect. There was everything you need for your stay.

Contro: The time for Check-in is just between 15.00-20.00 and you need to pay extra 50€ for late arrival. It was noisy durring the day because there was reconstruction work upstairs. Cleanliness could be improved, f. e. there was hairs in the fridge....

Absolute gem of a city and a great place to stay

Pro: The location was amazing! The host was very friendly and the apartment was spotless

Contro: I actually can’t fine fault , maybe some coffee for the coffee machine would have been nice but I understand it’s self catering so this would be at the hosts discretion.

Home away from home.

Pro: The best for me is the location, very near to the historic sites, museums and easy to go to shops if you need to buy some snacks when you opt to go back and stay inside to be warm when it's too cold to go outside, and how quiet the area is. Also walkable.

Contro: There’s nothing I don't like about it.
