If you have your own car....Don't miss this place

Pro: Someone meet us at the property gave us the key and introduction to the facility. The view was wonderful location perfect as long as you have your own car. Fresh and clean air, morning walk in green field was exceptional. The house was spacious clean and comfy.

Contro: No dishwasher

Pro: Already before we arrived, Alessandro did everything he could to help prepare our stay. The apartment sits in a nice location, with wonderful views (especially when you're in the jacuzzi). Easy to reach Florence (free parking at a nearby tram station). Shops, restaurants and hiking routes near the property. Kitchen is well equipped.

Pro: The apartment is a 20 minute drive from Florence. It has a nice garden with a jacuzzi. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We received a warm welcome.

Contro: I did not pay attention while booking that the apartment does not have air-conditioning. It was not so pleasant to sleep in warm rooms.

Toscana - vis devenit realitate!

Pro: Locația și cazarea a fost de vis, exact ceea ce ți-ai putea dori când te gândești la Toscana! Gazdele foarte drăguțe, ne-au făcut recomandări utile pentru a vizita împrejurimile. Punctul forte e locația și mai ales zona de jacuzzi cu terasă, unde se ajunge trecând printre măslini și oferă o priveliște cu un răsărit superb din vârful dealului. Noi am închiriat mașina și astfel am avut acces ușor în această zonă superbă. În apropiere este o benzinărie -afacere locală, unde poți să servești cafeaua și sandwich ul de dimineață și să pornești să descoperi minunata Toscana! În 4 zile am vizitat Florența, Siena, Pisa, Cinque Terre și o vizită cu degustare la Albola Castle în Chianti. Recomand sejur în Toscana și obligatoriu cazare la Live Tuscany! Sehr empfehlenswert für Besucher von Florenz, die aber nach der Stadt ihre Ruhe im Grünen möchten!

Pro: Sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit wundervoller Aussicht über die Oliven - und Weinberge. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad/WC. WLAN mit schneller Verbindung. Nach Florenz am besten mit dem Zug von Lastra a Signa (15 min. Autofahrt mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen) Familienticket: 8,50€ pro Fahrt, dafür kein Streß mit Verkehr in Florenz. Ticketautomat am Bahnhof spricht Deutsch! Jakuzzi im Garten ist beheizt. von dort sehr schöne Aussicht. Man wir gleich nach der Buchung über Whatsapp herzlich empfangen!

Contro: Im Fernsehen leider nur italienische Sender. Wir sind die komplette Senderliste durchgegangen. Die Küche ist zwar sehr gut ausgestattet ( Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Gasherd, Ofen, Dunstabzug...) Leider gibt es keine Bedienungsanleitungen oder Kurzanleitungen vor Ort - also Trail & Error - Prinzip. Auch eine Anleitung für den Jakuzzi wäre nicht schlecht. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern!
