Great staff and nice villa.

Pro: The property was nice but the exceptional piece was the staff that helped us with questions and suggestions and arranged taxi service after we lost passports.

Contro: The beds were uncomfortable and the road leading to the property was very hard on our rental car

A Charming Stay nearby Florence

Pro: The house is just outside Florence and that offered a quiet and peaceful setting. We usually like to stay in such locations and drive nearby attractions. The property has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom which gives it a plus. One of the bedrooms has a door from the outside. There’s also a sofa bed and an extra toilet downstairs. The house is built in a traditional Tuscan style, which gives it charm and beauty. The hosts were friendly and always available for any request. They responded quickly and helped us in all requests. They also offered complimentary access to the jacuzzi, which was a nice gesture because we could not switch on the hot water when we arrived. To reach the property we passed a street up a hill, so having a car is a must. The yard is nice with seatings and dining table outside , and the area is serene and beautiful. The hosts were great, helpful and responded quickly to our questions.

Pro: This was a beautiful location just outside of Florence. Very quiet with gorgeous surroundings. The floor plan was perfect for families with a split floor.

Contro: The only challenge to this location was getting taxi service out there on the first try. Sometimes it would take up to 15 minutes to get a taxi committed and en route.
