Pro: La pulizia , lo spazio , non mancava nulla in cucina, la biancheria pulitissimo e profumato

Contro: Se Forse un bollitore, lo scotex di cucina solo per il primo giorno sarebbe meglio

Couldn’t have asked for much more!

Pro: Beautiful property with all the creature comforts you would ever need. The home decor aesthetic was also on point and very tastefully done. The attention to detail was amazing! All appliances in the house (even the windows!) have comprehensive and easy-to-understand instructions on how to use them properly. And above all, you also get the most gracious hosts in Mr. Andrea and his son Cosimo, who are always there to help you out. Also, there’s a small supermarket-cum-bar/cafe where you can buy all your cooking essentials. We hope to stay here whenever we go to Florence next!

Contro: The only minor issue was the low frequency of buses to and from Pian di San Bartolo

Pro: The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Everything what is necessary for a pleasant stay is foreseen.

Pro: When we arrived at the Residence, everything was great. We had already 5 days in other places, we washed our laundry first. And we went out but later it was rainy. But kind Host Andrea brought it form outside, and put it inside when we were still on tour in city. We really appreciate. His son speaks English very well so no problem with communication. 1Minute alway there is nice supermarkt. Vegetable and others are very fresh. It is good for cooking. (They speak English also) From Innercity it has a little bit distant-20-30 Minutes-, but we could take a bus until midnight.(00:06am we arrived at home). So connection is not bad. Silent, wide, clean, modern and safe. We recommand you(family or friends) to stay here.

Warmest Hospitality

Pro: Absolutely amazing hospitality. They left amazing little notes explaining the amenities and many treats. The family is wonderful and friendly. It was also really clean and comfortable. Well connected by bus to Florence center.

Contro: I loved everything. My only friendly suggestion would be to put a coffee table in front of the couch.

Very clean and comfortable hidden gem in Trespiano

Pro: I can highly recommend San Bartolo Rent Apartments for a short or longer trip to Firenze/Florence. The apartment is very clean and very comfortable (the bed is 10/10). To my own surprise, the bus connection from Trespiano to Florence is very good and easy to reach. I often only had 15-20 min (max.) to go to the city center. Plus: The bus ride gives you an amazing view over Florence and the Toscan landscapes.

Pro: Das San Bartolo Rent Apartments hat uns mit viel Liebe zum Detail beeindruckt. Alles war ordentlich, durchdacht und modern. Besonders hilfreich: Überall gab es QR-Codes mit Erklärungen – sogar mit Videos zu Geräten wie Kaffeemaschine oder Fensterbedienung. Die Küche war top ausgestattet, die Wohnung makellos sauber, der Garten wunderschön gepflegt. Die Begrüßung mit Wasser, Schokolade und dekorierten Handtüchern war sehr herzlich. Für uns die beste Unterkunft auf unserer Italienreise – absolut empfehlenswert!

Perfekt um Florenz zu erkunden und auch dann Ruhe vom Trubel zu haben.

Pro: Sehr netter Gastgeber. Das Apartment bietet alles was man braucht. Mit dem Bus ist man 20 Minuten in Florenz. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch ist es schön im Garten sitzen zu können.
