Perfetta posizione per qualche giorno a Firenze

Pro: Stanza molto pulita, spaziosa con un bel divano, letto comodissimo, proprietari molto simpatici. Appena fuori dal centro città, facilmente raggiungibile con il tram in un quarto d'ora. Noi non ne abbiamo usufruito per questioni di tempo, ma ho trovato molto utile la possibilità di utilizzo della cucina e della lavatrice e asciugatrice (a pagamento).

Contro: Il lavabo del bagno: piccolissimo! Minuscolo!! (Di contro c'è una bella doccia grande) E poi il prezzo un pò caro, ma d'altronde si sa che a Firenze tutto è caro...

Pro: La proprietaria ci ha accolto in modo familiare, la stanza ed il bagno impeccabili, puliti e confortevoli, tutto nuovo. La colazione al bar della stessa struttura abbondante...l'appartamento non è in zona centrale, ma la vicinanza alla linea del tram compensa. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimi!

Week end in famiglia a Firenze

Pro: Struttura molto pulita ed ordinata, posizionata nelle vicinanze della fermata del tram per arrivare in centro. Colazione molto fornita e curata nei dettagli. Il titolare molto disponibile.

Clean, quiet and perfect for a short stay over close to airport

Pro: I wasn’t in a good mood as my flight got cancelled and I had to stay overnight, booked this place as it’s 9-12 min by tram/ walk from station. And man was it nice, really friendly service including breakfast in their bar below. Perfect bedroom and nice bathroom with a good shower. All was perfectly clean and it was a very quiet night even with window open. Really helped me to relax of all earlier that day. My sincere compliments!

Pro: The apartment is a self contained room and shower room within the hosts apartment. It was lockable, clean, comfortable and breakfast was provided by the host or in the sports bar downstairs

Pro: The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful, the rooms were very comfortable. The apartment was quiet.

Pro: Great location (by tram 2 stops from airport and 20 minutes to get city center). Breakfast in the bar. Very friendly and helpful landlord.

Pro: The hostess is very smiling and kind. The room is cozy and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. There is an independent air conditioner. The towels and bed linen smelled very good.. The breakfast was sufficient and tasty..The tram stop is 5 minutes from the apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again. We recommend it.😊

Sehr schöne, sehr saubere Unterkunft. Nah am Flughafen

Pro: Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Es wurde alles erklärt (Schlüssel, Parkplatz). Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Für uns war es für die Abreise sehr gut, da die Unterkunft sehr nahe am Flughafen ist. Frühstück haben wir nicht zu uns genommen, da wir früh abreisen mussten. Uns wurde aber Kaffee etc. angeboten.

Contro: Wenn man ankommt, dann ist es mit dem Parken schwierig, da die Unterkunft in einem Wohngebiet liegt. Es gibt nichts wirklich zu meckern. Noch ein kleiner Tipp, die Unterkunft ist in einem Wohnhaus, hier wäre ggf. eine etwas auffälligere Kennzeichnung hilfreich.

Pro: La literie est très confortable. Tout est très propre. Le petit déjeuner est un plus. Les propriétaires sont très serviables et attentionnés. Le tram pour le centre ville (20 min max) est à 100m.
