Molto soddisfatti

Pro: La posizione ottima, appartamento molto ampio, pulizia dei locali e biancheria da letto pulitissima.

Contro: Avremmo gradito al nostro arrivo trovare una casa già riscaldata, visto che avevamo confermato per tempo l’orario di arrivo.

Lo consiglio vivamente

Pro: Ottima posizione, appartamento accogliente dotato di tutti i comfort, comodo per chi arriva in treno e per chi arriva in auto, due passi e ci si trova in centro

Pro: La casa è molto grande, ogniuno aveva la propria stanza con il bagno privato. Il giardino esterno molto bello. Ottima anche la posizione.

Contro: Casa all'arrivo molto fredda, i termosifoni non si sono mai accesi e abbiamo dovuto usare i condizionatori per poterla riscaldare. Ma comunque gli ambienti comuni sono rimasti freddi.

Large appartment for a good price.

Pro: Very good quality for the price you pay. Location is also very nice. Everything is at walking distance from here. The rooms are nice and the appartment is very big. The garden is a very nice place to sit in the sunshine in the morning and have a coffee. The wifi was also excellent. All in all it is a very good place to stay with a larger group to visit Firenze for a very fair price.

Contro: The beds are extremely firm. Actually quite uncomfortable to most of our tastes. There were two camera's in the apparment to watch the main door and one in the living room wich was pointing to a wall.

Great location and large house, highly recommend

Pro: Large house with good sized rooms. Outdoor garden was amazing for evening drinks. Owner was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Contro: Upstairs rooms were quite hot and uncomfortable, despite the air conditioning being on all the time.

Great location and Great Value

Pro: Very near the train station. It is difficult to find an apartment that can accommodate more than 6 people at a central and convenient location but Scala Garden is the perfect solution.

Comfortable beds, huge house and excellent showers

Pro: Enormous house with bedrooms to suit all although some were nicer than others. 3 rooms on the ground floor which I wasn't sure I liked and the front bedroom was quite noisy from the street outside. All good sized rooms though with en suite bathrooms so nice to have privacy when travelling with friends. Well equipped kitchen and garden area with seating if you can handle the mozzies! Excellent host to greet us on arrival and only a 5 minute walk from the train station.

Contro: Rooms weren't ready on arrival which meant we had to head out for an hour or so until the cleaner had finished cleaning - it was filthy when we arrived so disappointing that it wasn't ready for us although we did arrive 10 minutes earlier than originally planned.....still not the cleanest place I have ever stayed but the beds were comfy and the showers excellent.

Pro: I loved everything about this apartment. It was close to the station, close to the markets, and only a short walk to the centre of town. It is clean and tidy, it has a wonderful Florence feel and the backyard is a perfect touch especially if you have kids.

Contro: Nothing we didn’t like
