Pro: Loved the location! Close to many of our favourite spots.

Contro: No complaints! Everything was great. Stairs required but not so bad.

Comfortable room, friendly service, convenient location

Pro: We were met at the door by two young men who welcomed us and helped to carry our bags to our room on the fourth floor. Later one of them brought extra espresso pods, and one provided restaurant recommendations for the area, which worked out well. The room itself was very comfortable and a good size , very quiet, and well located around a corner from Santa Croce church and plaza, and just minutes from many other museums and restaurants and shopping.

We loved this location and would stay here again.

Pro: The location was fantastic! Easy walking distance to all the major attractions and great food within a 5-10 minute walk. Quiet neighborhood. Hosts Oriana, Dante and Ale were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Gave us great recommendations.

Contro: Four flights of stairs were tiring after a long day of walking, but otherwise great!
