Perfect stay with great hosts

Pro: First of all, the house is extremely charming, clean, equipped with everything you need and you feel right at home. The pool and the property itself are extremely well take care of you can see that the people who care for it, do it with love. Which brings me to my second point: the hosts/owners. I can‘t remember the last time anyone has been this helpful and attentive. They always answered right away, gave us many tipps, helped with the train schedule, asked the taxi company about their fares etc. All in all, really nice people with an amazing country house.

Pro: Die Lage ist absolut wunderschön! Ruhig, romantisch umgeben von Weinbergen und Olivenbäumen in den Hügeln der Toscana- Idylle pur!

Fantatyczny wypoczynek w pięknym domu, idealnie położonym w sercu cudownej Toskanii

Pro: Miejsce było fantastyczne, pięknie położone, bardzo łatwy dojazd do wielu atrakcji w okolicy. Zwiedziliśmy Florencje, Siene, Pizę, Lukke i San Gimignano. Sam domek bardzo dobrze wyposażony, klimatyzacja w sypialniach, w kuchni wszystko, czego potrzeba. Super klimat dzięki patio i do tego niesamowity basen - duży, z jacuzzi, bardzo zadbany. Podczas naszego pobytu pojawił się także pan, który dodatkowo oczyścił basen. Gospodarze, Annalisa i Alessandro przemili, bardzo pomocni. Powitali nas przy przyjeździe, wszystko starannie objaśnili i byli z nami w regularnym kontakcie przez what’s up. Jakiekolwiek pytanie mieliśmy, odpowiadali bardzo szybko i bardzo pomocnie. Żałujemy, że spędziliśmy tu tylko tydzień. Na pewno jeszcze wrócimy!!!

Charming Villa in Remote Central Tuscany; Amazing Views & Hosts

Pro: The hosts were amazing. ❤️ Very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and well organized and really has everything one needs for a comfortable and quiet stay! The pool is fantastic and so is the covered cabana. Views are awesome. Super quiet. Kitchen is perfect. We appreciated the extra fans to help circulate the air as it was hot during our time there. We would absolutely return to stay here again!

Contro: Property could just use a few more bathing towels and some new sleeping pillows. In addition, the main level bed mattress needs a pillow topper or replacing because the springs are very prominent; there isn't a box springs but it feels as if you are sleeping on one (it's a platform bed). The town of Cerbaia is very small and shuts down generally from 13:00-16:30 so good to be aware of this going in. You must rent a car to travel here or to a grocery or restaurants; that is also part of the charm!

Einfach fantastisch

Pro: Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen aber zentral um alle Sehenwürdigkeiten in der Toscana schnell zu erreichen. Der private Garten mit Pool und das ganze Haus sind sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und geben einem nützliche Insider Tips die den Aufendhalt zusätzlich verschönern. Die perfekte Wohnung für einen Urlaub mit der Familie.
