Un giorno a Firenze

Pro: Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Facile da raggiungere. Parcheggio a buon prezzo rispetto alla zona. Hotel adatto a soggiorni brevi.

Contro: Camere usate poco, quindi l'odore all'interno non era dei migliori. Peccato per la mancanza della macchinetta del caffè. Ok non riuscire ad organizzare la colazione per gli ospiti, ma un caffè sarebbe gradito.

Pro: Tutto ok, niente di eccezionale ma nel complesso andava bene.

Pro: Rapporto qualità prezzo,staff gentile e corretto,stanza ampia e comoda

Contro: Totale mancanza di comunicazione con l'hotel ,prima dell'arrivo

Pro: Il personale molto gentile La stanza, avendo pagato un prezzo basso era molto bella

Contro: La posizione, è comunque vicina a fermate bus e tramvia quindi ci si può spostare facilmente

Fair hotel, close to airport.

Pro: Location; really close to the airport. If you wanted a cheaper room you can easily hire an e-bike and cycle in. The staff were helpful when I asked questions, booked a 4.30am taxi for me. There are low reviews for this hotel but I found you could pay same or more for a hostel and not have a private bathroom. So expect what you pay for. I found they have done the best with what they've got.

Contro: I think the reviews on line and here aren't fair to the establishment.

Pro: Clean comfortable our room had by the look of it been refitted recently it had new air-conditioning new smoke detector paint was recently done bathroom was small but very clean and well maintained the room was serviced each day that included mopping all the floors Location was 5 minutes walk to the tram and for 1.5 Euro's you could get into the centre of town in less than 20 minutes if you were going to the airport it's only the next tram stop in the direction going from the city centre It's not the Ritz hotel it's a good clean basic hotel good value for money

Contro: Bathroom layout was a little cramped but it still works could do with an steam extraction fan in the bathroom but those issues would not stop me from staying there again

best place for morning flight

Pro: The place is very close to the airport so if you have morning flight, this is the best place to stay. The bed are very comfortable kind of like orthopedic one. The receptionist is very helpful

Pro: Everything went very well. There were some minor misunderstandings, but we resolved them. The receptionist, Jazz, was very kind and helpful.

Pro: All the staff were very helpful. The staff named Jass deserves a special mention. He was very polite. The location is very close to the airport. Taxis are available early in the morning.

Pro: Il y avait suffisamment d'espace et la chambre était propre

Contro: Le compartiment réfrigérateur était chaud et nos fruits n'étaient plus consommables
