Pro: Posto molto accogliente.Colazione squisita e abbondante. Ottima gestione.

Pro: Abbiamo soggiornato in questa meravigliosa e affascinante casa per 3 notti. Il proprietario, il signor Casino, è molto attento, gentile e ospitale. Le colazioni sono indescrivibili: gustose e abbondanti, con dolci e frutta fresca. La nostra camera e le altre sono esattamente come in foto, anzi, ancora meglio. C'è un grazioso cortile con piscina. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto meraviglioso.

Pro: Everything. One of our best accomodation experience.

I would stay again they made you feel like a friend, nothing was to much trouble.

Pro: the property was historically beautiful, nature all around you, warm and friendly hosts, very interesting decor, very creative and artist, loved being in nature while so close to the city, highly recommended, the hosts couldn't have been more attentive.

Pro: We very much enjoyed our stay and Cosimo and Antonella are super hosts, we found our home away from home in Florence!

It was a memorable and very good experience.

Pro: The breakfast was excellent and personally prepared by the owner. He also went out of his way to drive us to the tram stop when we were carrying our bags after checking out. The house and the grounds were beautiful and had an interesting history.

Contro: The location was several kilometers outside the main city and 25 minutes from the nearest public transport. However we enjoy walking and the owner was exceptionally helpful in offering to drive us to the tram stop.

I will remeber that breakfast for the rest of my life. The best omlette in Italy!

Pro: The atmosphere of living in lovcal’s house. Amazing breakfast set for us in private room.

Historical gem on the hills of Florence

Pro: It was pure perfection- location, breakfast and accomodation in a house with such long history. It was clean, quiet and serene. Like we were transported in some other period in time. Mr. Cosimo is a great man and a great host, it was an honour to meet and speak with him.

Pro: The location, out of the city, yet a short journey into the city by car. Cosimo was very helpful providing information on accessing the city by car and tram, parking areas, good restaurants and gelataria Lovely building, quiet, and great breakfast.

Pro: Beautiful setting in the countryside. Very peaceful. Lovely host and great breakfast! Good parking

Contro: Our room had a private bathroom opposite bedroom door (we knew that when we booked) 5 mins by car to Tram station into Florence or 25mins walk down hill. So at night, as we intended to have a drink we had to get a taxi back from centre (approx 25 Euros) you can’t really walk back as dark and hilly
