Ho soggiornato dal 6 al 8 dicembre e sono stato veramente bene, struttura confortevole e sicura.

Pro: Disponibilità ed accoglienza della proprietaria, posizione ottima con fermata del tram a 200 metri per raggiungere il centro di Firenze, pulizia e sicurezza (ogni camera ha la propria chiave) della camera con accortezza ad ogni piccolo dettaglio, zona tranquilla e comoda per la presenza del supermercato Conad, ottima pasticceria Cruciani a pochi metri con ottimi dolci ed un caffè veramente buono e con un po' di pazienza c'è anche possibilità di trovare parcheggio gratis per strada.

Contro: niente, tutto perfetto

Pro: Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Camera silenziosa, non si sentivano i rumori della strada.

Contro: La colazione poteva essere un po' più ricca. Gradino in bagno pericoloso.

Pro: La posizione dalla quale era facile utilizzare i mezzi di trasporto, raggiungere bar, ristoranti e svariati negozi. Grande la disponibilità della proprietaria e del personale addetto alle pulizie.

Il posto giusto dove sicuramente tornare....la gentilezza dello staff ci ha messo a nostro agio

Pro: Il punto,la struttura e la pulizia fanno da padroni il viaggio per noi è stato perfetto grazie alla comodità di avere anche la cucina a disposizione per poter preparare per le bambine

LA CORTESIA LA FA DA PADRONE

Pro: La proprietaria si è dimostrata molto gentile. Ambiente confortevole e pulito. Suggerirei una convenzione con la pasticceria vicino a casa per quanto concerne la colazione.

Host ospitale e camere ampie e pulite

Pro: La pulizia e il bagno ristrutturato e ben arredato

Contro: I gradini della scala per accedere alla struttura.

Pro: Struttura dotata di tutti i confort. Parcheggio in zona semplice da trovare… anche in un parcheggio convenzionato con la struttura. Le proprietarie gentilissime

Pro: This is a very cozy apartment for a great price. It's in a perfect location—cafes, shops, and everything you need are nearby, not so far from Fortezza and SML stations. The place is spacious and peaceful, with a quiet courtyard that’s nice to relax in. The hosts were kind and helpful. Many thanks to Francesca for communicating while checking in.

All in all, we had a wonderful time and would happily come back

Pro: We really enjoyed our stay at Gulianahome! Our room was lovely—spacious, very clean, and decorated with great attention to detail. For us, the location was perfect. It’s just a short tram ride to the city center, which worked really well, but far enough away to avoid the crowds and tourist hustle. Everything you might need is within walking distance: a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, a gelateria, a pasticceria, and more. There’s a well-equipped shared kitchen in the accommodation where you can prepare meals or make yourself a coffee, which we really appreciated. Communication with Francesca was super easy and smooth.

Contro: One small downside: one of the rooms faces the street and can be a bit noisy.

Very pleased - especially for a last minute booking!

Pro: Host was very good to us. We had to book this last minute as our Airbnb booking we booked and paid for 3 months ago was double booked - which we didn’t find out till we arrived at the suite.

Contro: Location wasn’t quite what we wanted but we found it easy to get to the central part of the city on the tram.
