Pro: The best part of this apartment is the host Anna. Nothing was too much trouble and she can make an excellent cappuccino. The roof terrace gives a spectacular view over Florence. It is in a very central location and has a lift to all floors. It is a unique apartment with interesting curiosities

Great property in a great location with a great host.

Pro: The property was super. A fabulous apartment and full of character, very in keeping with the location and much better than we had expected. Anna (and Tabu) was a super host and extremely accommodating. She has a great knowledge of the city and gave good advice on eating out and places to visit. Having meals on the rooftop was also wonderful, so much to see from that high up. Great views both day and night time. The location was excellent with very easy access to the city centre on foot and some local amenities.

Contro: Daily bin collections was a little frustrating but not a show stopper.

Pro: The host is very attentive and kind , amazing location - walking distance to all main attractions

Beautiful accommodation with stunning roof-top views

Pro: Amazing location, right at the juncture of two straight connections to bridges over the Arno. Close to no-so-overrun parts of town (Piazza Santo Spirito), with good food options, and nearby little shops. This is combined with a spacious setting, a wonderful roof-top terrace with views of Palazzo Pitti (pic included), and a charming host.

Contro: From the location, it is 'obvious' that this can be noisy. We were prepared for that, but perhaps less so for the fact that local council insists on emptying massive recycling containers every day (yes, Sundays, too) and in the morning (5:30...6:00). Bring ear plugs...

Amazing place to stay in the heart of Florence

A beautiful stay in a lovely town with a wonderful hostess

Pro: Everything! I can’t say enough about my stay with the lovely Anna. From her kindness and helpfulness, it seemed like nothing was too much for Anna to do in order to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. When you need her she’s there, providing whatever you need. Otherwise, you’d never know she was near. Her home is a spectacular museum of art and artifacts collected over generations of family ownership, but is completely comfortable at the same time. The location is also perfect. It’s next door to Boboli Gardens and the Pitti Palace, but still out of the crazy crowded areas. Loads of restaurants around and easy access to the rest of Florence. I’ll never forget my stay and you won’t either.

Pro: Anna’s place was like staying with family in Florence. It is lovely large apartment in Oltrarno on the 3rd Floor with a terrace. There was also a lift we had a private bedroom and bathroom in Anna’s home. We also had air conditioning in our room which made it very bearable in the hot weather. Very central position to everything including bus transport to the railway station. Anna was an excellent host and we loved meeting Tabu her gorgeous border collie dog ❤️. I would highly recommend this accommodation if you’re looking for an authentic stay. Anna also gave us so many tips on eating out and even made reservations including the best gelato in Oltrarno! Thank you Anna we loved our stay with you 🤗

Pro: Fantastyczne pełne uroku miejsce. Lokalizacja idealna. Gospodyni Anna jest cudowna. Czuliśmy się jak z rodziną. Anna to nasza nowa siostra Apartament był bardzo piękny. A troska i serdeczność Anny była wyjątkowa.. Wszędzie było blisko. Most złotników to tylko kroki spacer. Restauracje obok apartamentu były godne polecenia. Widoki z tarasu były obłędne na całą okolice Florencji. Na pewno tu wrócimy i będziemy polecać ten apartament naszym znajomym. Anna Gracie ❤️❤️❤️❤️ jesteś cudowna.. 😘

Pro: Historisches Haus mit grandiosem Ausblick in perfekter Lage mit wunderbarer Vermieterin. Besser geht’s nicht - absolut empfehlenswert!

Pro: Ha sido un gusto, tienes todo lo necesario, además Anna ha sido muy amable y atenta de que no me falte nada durante mi estancia. La ubicación es muy buena, a 3 minutos del ponte vecchio y justo al lado del Palazzio Pitti. Además está cerca de la piazza santo spirito, que cuenta con muy buen ambiente durante todo el día . Cuenta también con una terraza privada que tiene unas vistas envidiables ! Se ve perfectamente la cúpula y campanario del duomo. Recomendable 100%!
