Fuori centro, ma molto vicino

Pro: Posizione facilmente raggiungibile con la linea T1 dalla Stazione. Spazioso, molto bello avere a disposizione piano cottura e altri strumenti

Contro: L'unica pecca è stata la doccia, difficile controllare la temperatura e il getto

Just go and sleep

Pro: The way to the location is good, you can have a metro and be on site within 15 minutes, there are a lot of market and coffee shops around but not any sightseeing. The owner prepare a good entrance strategy therefore it was easy to enter the room. Everything is depend on your neighbour. First day i had a good neighbour but the second day it was awful due to the complaining neighbour. But anyway as i was in the sightseeings all day and just go to bed to sleep, it was okay.

Contro: The room is on the 4th floor and no elevator. And also there was not any kettle to use in kitchen. Only coffee maker and utilities.

Comfortable, accomodating and well worth the value

Pro: The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, AC was working well, the house itself was simple but inviting, and the shared living room was nice. Comfortable sofa, good wi fi and the bathroom/shower was working perfectly fine.

Contro: The kitchen appliances need to improve. It lacks a lot of simple things to facilitate cooking, like a proper cutting board, a good knife, drying cloths, bowls for soup and stuff to cook with like olive oil, cooking oil, pepper and other basic seasonings. Not a problem with the apartment itself, but there is no elevator and the apartment is a little far away from the city center. However, it's well explicit that there is no elevator in the offer, and there is a tram station right outside that goes directly to SM Novella

We are generally satisfied

Pro: The location is good. The tram comes to the street until late hours. The room and kitchen are clean and comfortable. The small balcony opening to the backyard is refreshing. We can consider staying again.

Contro: A section of the shower cabin consists of a curtain. Water is distributed throughout the bathroom. The bathroom is generally old and needs maintenance.

Pro: Localisation, it was super close to the city Center. Kitchen, the kitchen was really nice

Contro: Inside of the bedroom we didn’t have any desk to work.

Very nice apartment

Pro: It's a 2 room apartment with shared kitchen/hall and bathroom. A bit too far to walk from the center, but tram station is 3 min walk. Very nice and cozy. Clean and tidy. There are microwave and washing machine available. Close to railroad station Firenze Rifredi.

Contro: A bit too from the center. Hidden cost in cleaning fee. No cutting board in the kitchen.

Pro: it is a very nice shared flat, it has everything you could need during your stay.

Contro: it is not so close to the city centre, but the tran-station is very close

Pleasant stay at Celso Otto

Pro: Very nice apartment and well equipped for a pleasant stay.

Pro: Our room is spacious and clean, the bed is comfy. We had the place to ourselves. It is easy to get to by tram and there are shops nearby. The owner is very responsive.

Contro: Flat is located on the third floor and there is no lift.
