Comfy and relaxing

Pro: The bedroom was very spacious and bed was comfy! Although we were staying with the host we barely saw him and pretty much had the bathroom to ourselves.

Contro: Was a bit of a walk from the centre of Florence but not too bad.

Lovely host & clean, comfy room

Pro: The host was great, he was very friendly & helpful and spoke very good English which was a plus for us. The room itself was clean and comfy with a large sofa,large comfy bed, A/C, TV, microwave, kettle & cutlery. It was also located not far from a tram stop which takes you to Firenze Centrale & near Penny's supermarket which was useful. Apart from the trains it was also a very quiet apartment.

Very pleasant stay in Firenze

Pro: The place is comfortable and has all you need for a short stay. The bedroom has a mini fridge , a kettle and a microwave in case required. Air con is also provided which is a plus during very hot days/nights.

Contro: Please note that: - The kitchen cannot be used by the guests. - The flat is near a railway so you will possibly hear trains passing by , although we haven’t heard anything between late night and early morning (or maybe we were just too tired 😝) - The building doesn’t have a lift but the flat is at the second floor so doable for young people

A very nice experience

Pro: The room is comfortable, the apartment is in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood and is very close to the tramway station. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Pro: Comfy, had everything we needed. Right near a tram station.

Contro: Shower temperature went from cool to way too hot and nothing in between.

Pro: Наличие микроволновой печки, чайника, холодильника, и даже чая, большая кровать. Там так же есть телевизор, но мы им не пользовались. Очень радушный и уступчивый владелец квартиры.

Contro: Отсутствие приватности, к сожалению, мы не учли, что это будет буквально комната в чужой квартире, а не квартира предназначенная для сдачи в аренду/проживание, как мы привыкли видеть во многих других курортных и даже больших городах за такую цену. Так же рядом проходят железнодорожные пути, что может быть дискомфортным из-за шума по ночам, но за закрытыми окнами не сильно слышно.

Nice location

Pro: The host was very nice , The room was fully equipped with microwave and kettle , bathroom was shared but clean , it was just 20 mins walking from city center and also very close to the train station , 10 mins from the bus station and theres a supermarket in the nearby

Contro: No elevator , so if you have big luggage it will be a hassle but the good thing is its only two floors up , Also theres a train station very close so train sound is very loud at night , but we were really tired at the end of the day from wondering around the city so we just closed the windows and didn’t feel anything
