Modernità e pulizia ma non troppa quiete
Pro: Struttura pulita e rinnovata. Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile a risolvere un piccolo inconveniente. Ottima posizione fuori dal centro storico. Dalla struttura al centro storico ci sono 20 minuti a piedi, riducibili se si utilizza monopattini o biciclette a noleggio.
Contro: Essendo collocata al piano terra e confinando con una strada abbastanza trafficata l’insonorizzazione acustica é quasi inesistente.

Pro: Sono molto soddisfatta della struttura, dell' accoglienza e della disponibilità dimostrata dall' host. Segnalo però a Booking di avere pubblicato delle foto ingannevoli dell' appartamento. Infatti, la mia prenotazione è scaturita principalmente dall' aver visto un appartamento provvisto anche di una stanza adibita a cucina. All' arrivo ho avuto la sgradita sorpresa, ossia, dover alloggiare in un appartamento che, seppure curato e pulito, non possedeva uno spazio per me importante in questi giorni di soggiorno a Firenze, la cucina.

Soggiorno indimenticabile, host gentilissima!
Pro: L'appartamento è appena stato restaurato, meraviglioso, ogni tipo di comfort era presente: cucina di qualità con forno ad induzione, bollitore, lavastoviglie e persino lavatrice, gli spazi sono sfruttati al meglio, letti (compreso il divano letto) comodissimo, davvero una meraviglia! La host, gentilissima, ha risolto immediatamente un problema che si è verificato all'improvviso non imputabile alla gestione dell'appartamento. Davvero consigliato!

Good location and amenities, but noisy at night
Pro: The owner was very kind and helpful. The property was clean and well maintained, with all the advertised amenities available. The location is convenient, as it is only a 20-minute walk from the city center, and the bus stop is right next to the apartment, making it easy to get around. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the owner was clear and responsive.
Contro: There was excessive noise from the street throughout the entire night, including cars, mopeds, and the street cleaning service starting at 5 a.m. The bathroom ventilation was not working and there were no windows, which caused strong unpleasant odors. There were also mosquitoes in the bathroom. Additionally, the refrigerator was not functioning.

Beautiful apartment on outskirts of town.
Pro: Beautifully presented flat with all the needs accommodated for. Comfy bed. All needed amenities within walking distance. The centre of florence is about a 30 min walk but we didn't mind getting away from the excessive crowds.
Contro: No instructions or hanger to dry clothes, but that was my personal need.

Pro: Clean and comfortable but not very close to city centre. There is no kitchen but it would be at least a freezer, you need sometimes cold drink espceally hot summer days. Bernardo was very friendship and helpful

Pro: A problem we had was that we booked the room with the kitchen - fridge and didn’t get it. We were very specific in our booking. There were a lot of mosquitoes in our room. Would be good to have maps of the city in the room.

Cozy Green Florence
Pro: Easy early check-in. Peter was very kind and available. Very good communication. The apartment is perfect for 2 or 3 persons. It's outside the city center, but reachable within a 25 minute agreable walk, which also allows to leave the car in the blue parking spots and avoid ztl. The train station (campo de Marte) is close by, and there's also a 7/7 PAM Supermarket 2 blocs away.
Contro: The water heater is very small. If 2 persons take a shower on a row the second one will, most likely, find the water cold on the middle of it. We had to take turns (one in the morning, one in the evening, one just before going to bed)
