Pro: Appartamento accogliente, con tutto il necessario per stare un weekend in Firenze. Comodissimo per due persone.

Contro: I vicini di casa erano molto rumorosi e irrispettosi ad orari notturni, con porte che sbattono e mobili che vengono spostati anche alle 2 di notte. Non dipende dai proprietari di questo appartamento in affitto, ma da tenere in considerazione.

Ritornerò

Pro: Abbiamo soggiornato dal 16 al 18 maggio, 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi. Posizione ottimale, 30 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, 20 dal centro, zona tranquilla. Appartamento pulito e ordinato. La camera è enorme, sacrificato un pochino il divano letto in cucina. Colazione non compresa ma la padrona di casa ha gentilmente rifornito la cucina di caffè, latte, biscotti e cereali. Host premurosa, gentile e disponibile. L'unica cosa che potrebbe dare noia, a chi non abituato, è il rumore del traffico la notte perché le finestre hanno un solo vetro e quindi si sente molto. Per noi non è stato un problema anche perché le giornate intense ci facevano collassare ma cmq vengono forniti i tappi per le orecchie in caso di bisogno. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Pro: Favoloso. L'appartamento è vicino alla stazione campo Marte. Dotato di una ampia camera matrimoniale con letto comodissimo. Un ingresso, un bagno e un enorme cucina col divano letto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato biscotti zucchero caffè cereali e tutto ciò che necessita la prima colazione. Compreso di Pentole e posate. A due passi dal supermercato. Pulito e accogliente. Dotato di Wi-Fi. Siamo stati davvero bene🩷🩷🩷

Pro: La struttura era stupenda. Pulitissima e accogliente. Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, ma la nostra Host Giovanna ci ha accolto in maniera impeccabile. Ha avuto anche l’enorme gentilezza di farci trovare la colazione per la mattina con latte, cereali e cialde di caffè. Ci ha seguiti passo a passo anche durante il nostro arrivo. L’appartamento è ben disposto è una zona centrale. In più era impeccabile: pulitissimo e profumato.

Pro: Pulizia, vicinanza al centro, cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari

Pro: The staff was very helpful and replied message quickly. Also, the place was really clean.

Contro: The heaters weren't warm enough. Maybe more heaters would be better cause the room was really big, and we have to wear a lot of clothes indoors. Another problem is that the hot water is not enough for 4 people to take a shower at one night. But other than these are perfect. Tks.

Pro: the house was very very nice, it was raining in Florence the time we were there, so we get to use the apartment more, and it was confortable nice. we stayed for 3days never took a bus or tram, everything is close, there is even a park for kids, since I had my 3years old son with me it was a very nice thing to have, the host was very nice, very helpfull. We will get back for sure.

We were happy overall and the host was very attentive and sweet.

Pro: The location was great, living with locals brought a different experience to our trip. Not too far from the main attractions but also away from the busy areas of Florence. The train journey to Santa Maria Novella was only 5 minutes so very convenient. The flat was very clean and spacious and the room was cosy I would definitely stay again.

Contro: Front door was a bit noisey with people coming in and out but earplugs helped to resolve that so it wasn’t a problem.

Beautiful apartment in Florence

Pro: The apartment is spacious, equipped with everyhing you need, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Nice helping host. The neighborhood is nice too, the bus station is very close and you can get easily wherever you need to go. We took a lot of walks by foot instead of bus, because the area is safe and the weather was fine. There is also a supermaket near, 5 minutes by foot (PAM supermarket).

Contro: It can get quite noisy because it is poorely soundproofed and you can hear the noise from outside and also from other residents slaming the front door of the building. Nonetheless we sleeped well. The checkout information is a bit misleading, it says you can check out until 12 AM, actually we found out a day before leaving that the check out is at 10 AM. I think these informations must be mentioned very clear, because one of the reasons we booked this place was because the check out was until 12 AM.
