Palazzo Doni by Florence Art Apartments

Pro: Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole. L'appartamento era pulito, spazioso e ben attrezzato; la posizione era comoda per visitare la città e il personale è stato super gentile, sempre disponibile e molto utile con i loro consigli. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il design e la scelta degli arredi, curati con grande stile e attenzione ai dettagli, che rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Lo consigliamo sicuramente e ci torneremmo volentieri.

Ottima esperienza in ogni suo aspetto

Pro: Ottima esperienza, specialmente la qualità della camera, della struttura e del personale. Buona posizione e ambiente assolutamente silenzioso. Ottima la possibilità di self check-out con possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura e di essere ritirati in autonomia nel corso della giornata.

Una piacevole scoperta che consigliamo vivamente.

Pro: Esperienza decisamente positiva. La struttura si trova in una posizione comoda e centrale. Accoglienza ottima e ci è stato assegnato un appartamento più grande e bello di quello prenotato inizialmente, perfettamente pulito e accessoriato di ogni comfort. Da non sottovalutare l’opportunità di sfruttare i locker presenti nella struttura e la possibilità di usufruire del bagno di servizio.

Pro: Bellissimo appartamento in un palazzo magnifico con tutti i comfort che possono esistere, zona centralissima e ben fornita di ristoranti in una bellissima piazza centrale alla città! La struttura nuovissima insonorizzata alla perfezione e ricca di dettagli che fanno pensare al storia di Firenze mantenuti con una cura ineccepibile! Letto comodissimo, stanze grandi e bellissimi bagni in marmo completano un soggiorno indimenticabile in questa stupenda città!!!

Fair priced, large and relaxing place in a downtown quiet area

Pro: Very quiet area even though you're already in the historical center The cost was very fair regarding the location and the very high overall quality of the apartment A lot of space in a newly refurbished apartment The people in charge were very easy to reach via booking chat or whatsapp and returned messages very quickly King size, very comfortable bed with 2 types of pillows Very quiet and efficient air conditioning system The shower was so relaxing (high pressure) and comfy bathrobes provided The small oven/microwave combo allows to prepare some meals if you don't want to eat in a restaurant all the time Complimentary slippers, coffee, water bottles and a bottle of Chianti!

Contro: You can hear your neighbours if they're noisy Missing a couple of coat hooks near the front door (some people visit Florence when the temperatures are still average :D )

Perfect Place to Stay

Pro: Perfect place to stay! The location is incredible, and the building’s design—from architecture to furnishings—is truly impressive. The in-room washer/dryer was a great bonus, and the storage lockers plus post-checkout access made it easy to explore a bit longer before leaving. The complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely touch, and the staff was fabulous. Highly recommend—one of our best stays in Europe!

Everything was perfect !

Pro: Doni Palazzo was perfect for our stay. Sylvia is a very welcoming person and always willing to help even if she is not always present on site. The apartment is very clean (brand new) and the bedding is of excellent quality. The room was very quiet even though we were just a few steps away from the center of Florence. The building has been beautifully restored and everything is thoughtfully designed including lockers to leave your luggage. I have nothing negative to say. Everything was perfect ! The only small suggestion would be to perhaps provide kitchen towels but that is really a minor detail. I would recommend it 100%.

Pro: Recently beautifully refurbished palazzo. Very spacious room with modern amenities but stylish period decor. Very convenient location in the historical centre.

Contro: As advertised, there is no restaurant and no breakfast. Some plates and cutlery would have been useful. We ordered in one night to watch the Winter Olympics on TV and cutlery and plates were cruelly missing!

Best apartment we stayed in all of Europe- felt like home.

Pro: There was nothing out of place- it was immaculate. It was the biggest apartment we had across our month long Europe trip. The bed comfort and linen was 20/10. The shower head was huge and such great water pressure and temperature. We opened the windows so we could hear the church bells all day and the room temperate was still maintained.

Contro: There was nothing we didn’t love.
