Great river view

Pro: The location is perfect with a great river view. Historical center is 5 min away. The apartment was clean with good wi-fi.

Contro: There is no reception. Access to the apartment was not easy due to the self-on-line check in. We had to install an application to get in to the property. It was not clear how to get additional keys. There is no storage room. We needed to leave our luggage for several hours after checking out and had use the nearby caffe which is proving this service at additional charge.

Pro: The apartments are almost perfect: excellent location, large rooms, good furniture and equipment, great view across the Arno river.

Contro: (1) Inform guests that the card must be held to the reader twice to open the apartment door. (2) Update the information on waste. Containers along the road can only be opened with another card, which is not in the apartment.

Brilliant

Pro: The location was exceptional with beautiful views. The check in procedure was clear and user friendly. These apartments were clean spacious and user friendly.

Enchanted

Pro: The luxurious feeling of being in such an exclusive residence. We were flabbergasted by the view every morning... It never got old. Everything was beautiful! The receptionist was great. They accommodated our every need. It was more of a full serviced apartment rather than a hotel which we prefer with kids. There can definitely be some improvements that can be made though.

Contro: The staff should be reachable much more easier, it was rather difficult to reach them right away.

We would be happy to live here and appreciate such a a beautiful accommodation and stay, thank you.

Pro: Central location, gorgeous space, beds were comfortable and as described. Amenities included in bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed as well as a gift of wine and breakfast snacks.

Contro: Check in process could have been easier - coming from overseas we had a data only plan and required sms/phone service

Great stay in Florence

Pro: Great position, view and light apartment. Useful laundry.

Contro: Nothing.

Florence is charming, the people friendly and wonderful city to visit and stay.

Pro: Location, views, beds and bathrooms were superb. The internal lift was a godsend. Standard of decor and cleanliness was excellent. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Contro: One minor detail - apartment could have stocked a few more glasses for use.
