Pro: Accoglienza ottima, appartamento oltre le aspettative, tutto perfetto. A 5 Min a piedi dalla stazione del treno. Proprietari, Giulio e Valentina, come se fossero i tuoi amici di vecchia data, simpaticissimi e sempre pronti ad aiutarti per qualsiasi cosa o inconveniente. Se dovessi tornare da quelle parti non dubiterei un secondo su dove alloggiare. Grazie di tutto. Alla prossima

Pro: Villa Taccetti is the perfect location to explore and enjoy the beauties of Florence and La Toscana. Walking distance to the train station that takes you to the historical city center of Florence in 18 min, and within an hour’s drive to breathtaking landscapes and wonderful vineyards of Chianti. Most importantly, the owners (Giulio and his family) made us feel like home with their warmth and kindness, and the location has the perfect combination of beauty, good taste and comfort. Definitely on our list to go back.

Pro: Couldn’t recommend this place enough! The owners were on hand for everything you could need or want. They made us feel right at home. We had a birthday and a wedding whilst there, they brought us a bottle to celebrate, and even brought us to the venue where the wedding was taking place! If you’re looking for a traditional yet modern place to stay. This is the one! Will definitely be back!

Nice appartment in a beautiful villa with the pool
Pro: The hosts were very friendly. They showed us around the house and gave us advice regarding the train to the city and gave us recommendations for restaurants in the vicinity. The appartment is very nice with master bedroom and couch in the living room. Both beds were comfortable. The kitchen has all the amenities but we only used the fridge and the electric kettle. There is a free parking on the property. It is a five-minute walk to the train station. The town itself has all the neccesary shops, a bakery, a caffee, a winery, Coop...

Super schöne Tage und Abende verbracht.
Pro: Alles war genauso auf den Fotos! Lorenzo und Valentina sind die perfekten Gastgeber - sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und offen, aber nie aufdringlich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, die Küche bestens ausgestattet und der Pool war bei den fast 40°C einfach ein Traum. :) Die Lage etwas ausserhalb von Florenz ist ideal: in ca. 5 Minuten erreicht man den Bahnhof, und mit der Bahn ist man in ca. 20 Minuten direkt im Zentrum. Wenn wir wieder nach Florenz reisen, wissen wir schon, wo wir wohnen werden - ganz klar in der Villa Taccetti!! Vielen Dank für alles!

Wspaniałe miejsce zarówno do odpoczynku jak i zwiedzania okolic
Pro: To absolutnie fantastyczne miejsce, enklawa relaksu w środku miasteczka, budynek ponad dwustuletni ale doskonale utrzymany, wypielęgnowany, przepiękny ogród, czyściutki basen, lśniące czystością mieszkanie o bardzo wygodnym układzie, z pięknym widokiem na rzekę i oknami na trzy strony świata, wygodny bezpieczny parking. 10 minut pieszo do stacji kolejowej, która w 18 minut dojeżdża do samego centrum Florencji, a w drugą stronę do Pizy. Bardzo mili gospodarze, osobiste powitanie mimo opóźnienia naszego wieczornego przyjazdu o godzinę. Z pewnością wrócimy w to piękne miejsce z fantastyczną energią. Pozdrawiamy serdecznie gospodarzy

Hat einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen - kommen gerne wieder.
Pro: Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, um zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Lastra a Signa zu gehen. Beim Bahnhof gibt es einen Fahrkarten-Automaten. Von Lastra a Signa gelangt man innerhalb von 16 Minuten nach Florenz S.M. Novella für 2,80 Euro. In der Wohnung ist alles sehr modern eingerichtet und neuwertig. Die Betten waren sehr gut und alles war sehr sauber. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet Kaffemaschine mit Kapseln vorhanden.Guter großer Parkplatz mit Tor über Fernbedienung bei Einfahrt gesichert.Kontakt mit Whats App über Valentina war Super. Der persönliche Empfang und spätere kurze Besichtigung der Wohnung waren sehr nett sowie die kleinen Annehmlichkeiten : Wein, Wasser und etwas zum Snacken. Valentina und ihr Mann gaben auch gute Tipps : Lucca und Forte dei Marmi, um das Meer zu sehen - Danke dafür ! Zum Essen kann man auch schnell zu Fuß ,um die Ecke gehen ,keine 6 Minuten zum Restaurant Taglieri&Bicchieri/ Öffnungszeiten beachten !
Contro: Leider konnten wir den Pool Anfang April nicht nutzen, weil es noch zu kalt war.Dafür konnten wir am Meer am Strand spazieren gehen. Die Einfahrt zum Haus/Wohnung befindet sich in einer Einbahnstraße und ist Aufgrund von Baumassnahmen eingeengt.
