Pro: posizione ottima. noi abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia di 4, utilizzando dunque anche il divano letto del soggiorno, ed era una sistemazione adeguata. in due è certamente perfetto. lìappartamento è di dimensioni contenute ma è atttrezzato di tutto cio' che occorre (una sola piastra per cucina pero'). noi non abbiamo utilizzato la cuicna ma era ben organizzata, dotata perfino di lavastoviglie. tutto l'appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, tutto moderno, nuovo e pulito per cui è un piacere soggiornare qui. posizione ottima per girare tutta firenze a piedi. proprio sotto l'appartamento c'è un parcheggio (30 eur al giorno), che permette anche di entrare con la ZTL, comodissimo. in zona ristoranti, bar, supermercati e anche un mercato.

Contro: una sola piastra per cucinare in cucina è davvero poco. la camera da letto principale ha finestre \

Pro: The property is very well placed and easy to both get to and go around the city to the main attractions. The Duomo is right after the corner and of course all the streets lead to it.

Contro: The specified details when having to self check-in weren’t quite as clear as they could be. It is quite a struggle to figure out how to open the apartment’s door if you’ve never encountered similar mechanisms and if it’s late, even though there is an emergency contact, nobody will answer. Sure, the communication was ok during the day, but when an emergency occurred, help wasn’t available. When it comes to the cleanliness of the apartment, it could be improved, but it is alright for the most part. To be fair, it is a bit odd to have storage space and supplies in the bathroom where there is a lot of humidity. Also, in the first night the hot water wasn’t working, even though all could’ve been resolved if it was explained how to turn it on since the beginning. All in all it was an ok stay, most of the score being credited to the great placement.
