Uffizi Apartment in the heart of Florence

Pro: La posizione centrale , la grandezza dell'appartamento.

Contro: Troppi passaggi per poter accedere. Pochi asciugamani, nessun tipo di contatto diretto con l' host . Nessuna accoglienza, il prezzo abbastanza alto.

Pro: Molto spaziosa e in ottima posizione, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Contro: Difficoltà a contattare l’amministratore che si trova all’estero

Pro: Easy and quick check in, amazing location, comfy beds, well-equipped apartment, responsive hosts and great value for money.

Contro: Nothing.

Pro: Unbeatable location, very clean, spacious, great check-in procedure with Niccolo and recommendations for places to go! Great value for money :) Don't miss the Casalinga trattoria, Yellowbar and Verdi trattoria!

Contro: The apartment was big with very high ceilings so it couldn't get warm enough, AC doesn't work and the radiators never went fully hot, despite us raising the temperature manually and the agency trying to raise the temperature from a distance (?). Maybe it has to do with the radiators maintenance or the apartment's boiler settings, as an Italian friend told me. Radiators never reached full capacity. Thankfully it was not too cold in Florence at this time of year! Another thing, the noise coming from the street might bother light sleepers (this is one of the most central spots in Florence, so at night you can hear people talking, vans cleaning up etc).

The best location. Super open, spacious and the person who handed over the keys was very friendly. Cannot recommend this

Pro: The size of the property was perfect. Very spacious and clean. Perfect location - right where everything is happening and very vibes. Absolutely LOVED Florence and this apartment made it even better.

Contro: There was a demon missing from the oven, the entrance door handle was very loose and the shower head mechanism is very loose so kept falling down while showering. The shower curtain in the bathroom by the kitchen was short so the water went over the floor.

Pro: This apartment is in the center of Florence. Everything is on its door step from famous museums, historical sites to famous restaurants and eateries. The apartment is so spacious, clean and perfect for 6 people.

Good quality for the money paid

Pro: Great location, in a very old centre. Appartment was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay there. The host was very helpful with the keys, although we arrived late.

Contro: We liked the apartment, and we have no complaints. But I'd make few comments that might be useful) It's pretty loud, because there are restaurants on the square, and they close late, so it's better to have earplugs) There's additional charge for late arrival. Would be nice to know it beforehand. Also parking in the old city is VERY expensive. So if you have time, might consider leaving a car outside old city zone.

Pro: La ubicación es magnífica. El apartamento estupendo y bien equipado además. Las facilidades y el contacto para la incorporación.

Contro: La ausencia de ascensor. Convendría mejorar la iluminación de algunas estancias y disponer de microondas.

Pro: Situé en plein centre de Florence proche des musées et des monuments.

Wunderschöner Besuch in bequemer familienfreundlicher Wohnung mitten in Florenz.

Pro: Super Lage Mitten im Herzen von Florenz neben den Uffizien mit besten Versorgungsmöglichkeiten: Restaurants, Supermärkte und natürlich die vielen Museen. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern zu Fünft da. Die Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend für einen Familienaufenthalt. Sie ist mit allem Erforderlichen ausstattet. Wir können sie weiterempfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Contro: Mehrfache Nachfragen beim Vermieter zur Parksituation oder Be- und Entladen von einem Auto lange vor Mietbeginn wurden wurden leider erst am Tag der Anreise kurz vor der Ankunft mitgeteilt. Inzwischennachdem hatte ich mich selbst kundig gemacht. Derartig erwartbaren Standardnachfragen könnten nutzerorientiert mit brauchbaren Links könnten im Vorfeld klar und einfach beantwortet werden. Unklar war im Vorfeld auch, in welchem Stock sich die Wohnung befindet. Das war nicht eindeutig beschrieben. Da mussten wir uns zunächst mit einem anderen Miet-Bewohnuner im Haus verständigen. Die außerhalb der Wohnung befindliche Kammer mit Waschmaschine und Putzgeräten war nicht verschließbar und konnte von jedermann betreten werden. Da hatte ich die Sorge, dass ich eventuell für Schäden an der Waschmaschine, die andere Personen während meines Aufenthalts benutzt hatten, eventuell haftbar gemacht werden könnte. Das war zum Glück unbegründet. Ich habe die hinterlegte Kaution zeitnah zurück erstattet erhalten. Gestört haben mich auch die Arbeitsgeäusche von Mitternacht bis morgens früh: Da wurde um 3:00 Uhr morgens mit einer Kreissäge gesägt und mit einem Kärcher stundenlang die Loggia der Bar gegenüber der Wohnung gereinigt. Offenbar sind solche Arbeiten in einer vom Tourismus übermäßig besuchten Stadt gar nicht anders verwirklichbar.
