Pro: Molto accogliente, personale di ricevimento gentile, buona posizione

Contro: Asciugacapelli con presa di corrente internazionale priva di adattatore quindi inutilizzabile, scarsa disponibilita’ di carta igienica un solo rotolo per 5 giorni e’ davvero poco.

I advise you to take your own slippers, the floors were stone and my feet were cold.

Pro: Location - 10/10 is the center of the Florence, the back of Uffizi gallery The own balcony with lovely view All furniture from IKEA - new and bright

Contro: The floor - it is 5th floor, so if your luggage is heavy or you are traveling with children it is not good idea to choose this apartment. The shower is very cramped, and unfortunately, all the water flows onto the floor.

Comfortable apartment in the heart of Florence- fabulous !

Pro: The location was amazing- just at the back of the Uffizi Gallery. Near lots of attractions with bars and restaurants around it. Very cosy and homely with a great little terrace to sit out and have a coffee. Roberta was great to deal with and she was super efficient in all her communications.

Contro: There was nothing to dislike about the actual apartment but it is up a lot of stairs(100 or so )so not suitable for everyone.

We felt so at home and truly got to feel like locals for a few days. This is an accomadtion gem!

Pro: The apartment was so cozy and neat. The location was very central and we could walk everywhere. We loved being so close to the Uffizi. The AC in the room was great so escape the heat and the bed was super comfortable, perfect for a rest after a long day of exploring the city. There was a free bottle of wine upon arrival, basic cooking necessities such as spices etc and washing pods. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful.

Contro: The shower leaked a lot and the water would go all over the bathroom which meant we had to mop every time we showered. This was the only downside, everything else was perfect.

Lovely little apartment for 2 with lots of stairs

Pro: The host left us delicious wine upon arrival. Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, a dishwasher and washing machine. Drying rack for clothes works well with no obstruction from the sun and breeze as the apartment is on the top floor. The host provided coffee, sugar, and soap for the washers. Good instructions on how to use the cooktop were provided. The shower pressure was great and.the bed and pillows are very comfortable! Amazing location to attractions and fantastic restaurants nearby!! We loved enjoying the wine provided and the beautiful view from the breezy terrace at the end of the night.

Contro: Not enough soap, toilet paper, and towels provided for the length of our stay. No instructions were provided for the use for the washing machine and dishwasher but YouTube and Google translate helped. Not a complaint just a comment as we knew when booking, there is no lift and 96 stairs up to the apartment can be tiring at the end of a full day of exploring the city. Not recommended if you are out of shape or older, as we are ;)

Cosy with lovely views!! Loved it!

Pro: I really liked the balcony in this apartment - the view was stunning and the bed was also really comfy. I also liked the way the host left a bottle of wine and glasses - I thought this was a really nice touch and goes a long way. I also thought the location was great - very central in the middle of everything and perfect to explore Florence.

Contro: Cons - That you have to climb about 7 flights of stairs to get to the property so if you have a lot of luggage it can be a struggle as there is no lift. The other thing I would say is that the shower is very small and the water was never hot, it was always luke warm or cold. Also, the bedroom area was a lot smaller than it looked on the pictures and I would say the overall apartment was a lot smaller than on the pictures. Having said this, the size was fine for us but if you’re going off the pictures posted it’s definitely smaller!

Pro: The appartment is very cosy, the bed is comfortable and the balcony and the view are so nice.

Contro: Not much equipment in the kitchen. A lot of stairs to get to the appartment

Beautiful apartment, central location!

Pro: Apartment was an amazing location, very central but still very quiet whilst in the apartment itself. Perfect for exploring. The apartment was clean and everything we needed was there. The roof terrace had stunning views and we really enjoyed sitting out there with a drink. Hosts were really helpful, answered all questions we had and provided all information we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Contro: The bathroom was on the small side however it didn’t impact our stay. There are a lot of stairs but it’s worth it for the view!

Super séjour!

Pro: L’emplacement est vraiment central et l’appartement est très agréable et propre. Le petit plus : son balcon. L’hôte est très réactif. Les escaliers ne m’ont pas dérangé ; quand on veut une belle vue, il faut faire un petit effort ☺️

Contro: Rien. Si je veux vraiment chipoter, un rouleau de papier toilette, c’est un peu juste ; un deuxième serait appréciable !

Super Lage!

Pro: Die Lage ist großartig, direkt am Ausgang der Uffizien. Die Wohnung ist super aufgeteilt, links geht es in die Küche, rechts ins Schlafzimmer mit Bad und Balkon.

Contro: Im Bad hab es recht viel Schimmel. Wir kochen sehr gerne, dafür war die Küche etwas spärlich ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt im 5 Stock ohne Lift, das war für uns aber kein Problem.
