Pro: L'appartamento è molto confortevole, ben arredato, confortevole, con tutto ciò che serve per godersi un breve soggiorno in città, zona giorno molto curata e piacevole, entrambe le camere da letto funzionali e molto carine. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo di sicuro, anche perchè la posizione è davvero TOP!! a due passi dal Lungarno, con una piacevolissima passeggiata di 5 minuti si arriva in Piazza della Signoria.

Ideal adult escape.

Pro: We loved the little apartment. It was quirky and comfortable. The rooms were a really good size, kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups and cutlery. Fab to have a dishwasher. Air Con worked really well and was definitely needed. Shower was plenty strong enough and towels were soft. The best thing about the apartment was the incredible location. Close to everything, loved the hustle and bustle, little cafes, amazing restaurants, shops, Ponte Vecchio, Palace Pitti, bakeries and gelaterias. Instructions were very clear and the rental company quite responsive.

Contro: The 69 steep steps up the apartment were not my friend. Slightly noisy plumbing (didn't really bother us). The windows are big and open really wide. Would maybe have liked a safety catch, at least for the kids' room. Luckily they are not too silly.

Great, comfortable apartment

Pro: Large and comfortable apartment in a great location. It’s on the 4th floor so you are above the hustle and noise of the street. The 2 large beds were comfortable end the sitting room was a good size. Easy self check in and self check out.

Contro: Lots of stairs to get to the apartment - might not be suitable for older guests with bad knees

Great apartment in a great location

Pro: Great apartment in an excellent location. Very close to the Ponte Vecchio yet very peaceful. Easy to get to the main attractions and loads of great restaurants really nearby and a little supermarket. If you don't mind steep stone stairs to a third floor apartment you will like this place as we did, but do not expect an elevator.

Contro: I hope one of the mattresses will be changed as it is very lumpy on one side of the bed - otherwise everything was excellent.

Perfect location, clean & modern apartment

Pro: Unreal location, 2 bed apartment for 2 couples, full kitchen and aircon. Clean and comfortable. You can walk within minutes to everything so great value.

Contro: It is right at the top so be prepared for stairs. Didn’t have an ironing board and ran out of toilet paper within a day. Shower is quite small.

Pro: Apartment is great, but accessibility is low. 4th high floor without lift it is hard to bring suitcases upstairs.

Pro: Modern comfort in the heart of Florence: bright, airy rooms with large windows that fill spaces with natural light. Just a short stroll from the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio, this location makes sightseeing effortless and relaxing after a day of exploring. Light-filled retreats near major sights: clean, plush bedding, blackout-approved curtains for restful nights, and contemporary bathrooms. The neighborhood is walkable to Santa Maria Novella station and many top attractions, making it ideal for a first-time visitor.

Contro: Bed was HARD - wish I'd known before committing to that location. Additionally, wish the property had a microwave and the walls are THIN - easily hear neighbors voices. Otherwise a positive experience and property was as advertised.
