Pro: Splendida location, vicinissima a Ponte Vecchio e Palazzo Pitti. Il terrazzo è splendido e domina la città. L'appartamento è ben rifornito, le stanze carine e ha be due bagni. Si trova in un palazzo antico stupendo.

Contro: I mobili un po' rovinati e macchiati, i muri che ne necessitano di essere imbiancati e i tre piani si ripide scale non adatte a tutti.

Ci ritornerei, posizione ideale. Appartamento grande molto ben tenuto.

Pro: Posizione ideale, vicino a Ponte Vecchio, in una via comunque tranquilla ma ricca di servizi. Ottima la terrazza.

Contro: Non è migliorabile, ma il terzo piano con le valigie è un po' scomodo. La terrazza però ripaga lo sforzo fatto

Great communication, ideal base for exploring beautiful Florence

Pro: The location is second to none, and the roof terrace is awesome.

Contro: The stairs, lugging the suitcases up them is hard work.

Pro: Excellent location, warm and comfortable. Quirky and homely. I liked the coffee machine and microwave. I would go back.

Contro: Small showers. Damaged furniture and lots of stairs. The aircon had no remote to operate, and we never met the host in person.

Lovely penthouse apartment in the historic centre of Florence

Pro: The building is authentically ancient with high ceilings and thick stone walls. The apartment is perfectly situated for tourism and work. It was 40 °C when we were there so we appreciated the property's quick fix of the air conditioner. There were a few minor issues but the managers responded attentively.

Contro: Recommend light luggage you can carry yourself up to the 4th floor. A restaurant on the ground floor belches black granules on the terrace, sometimes cooking smells too. The plants on the terrace need some TLC.

Lovely property, responsive staff . The apartment was ideally located and very quiet .

Pro: We loved the outside terrace and spent a bit of time here in the morning and evening.

Contro: Felt asking us to take rubbish out given we had our cases down 4 flights of stairs was a little much to ask.

Pro: Location was superb, great clean spacious apartment. Lovely facilities including outdoor roof top terrace.

Contro: Not a big issue but be aware there’s approx 90 steps up and no lift. Won’t suit everyone - we had no issue it was worth every step.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Florence, and our accommodations were fantastic!!

Pro: The location was fantastic!! We could walk to all the sites within 15 minutes. Great restaurants and cafes in the area. We loved the rooftop patio.. a nice way to start and end your day.

Pro: Локация очень удобная , сами апартаменты светлые просторные . Есть все необходимое на кухне .

Great location and space for a family.

Pro: Good location. Loved the roof patio to sit in the mornings and evenings! Attentive property management. Two bedrooms and bathrooms was great. The apartment had everything you need for a short or long stay. There is a market down the street to the right that was great and a pharmacy to the left.

Contro: Lots of stairs was a down side (we knew this though!) The apartment needed a bit of a cleaning. It was very dusty under things (problematic with allergies) but we gave it a quick clean. The showers needed a good cleaning but there wasn’t supplies for us to do it (which we would have).
