Pro: Bellissimo appartamento con tutto il necessario nel cuore del centro storico. Non si sentono rumori della movida perché situato dalla parte opposta alla strada. Tutto perfetto come dotazione di asciugamani e di stoviglie ecc. La comunicazione completa da parte dei gestori.

Contro: L'unica pecca è la scala molto molto ripida e stretta per chi ha le valigie grosse e salendo al 3 piano si fa veramente tanta fatica. Inadatto quindi alla gente poco atletica, ai bambini piccoli, ai bambini nelle carrozzine perché scendendo e salendo c'è rischio di cadere secondo me. Anche tanti bagagli grossi non aiutano a meno che non sia in gruppo. È un palazzo molto molto antico e ovviamente il motivo è questo. Ma dentro l'appartamento è davvero bello e funzionale.

Contro: Nella camera con letto matrimoniale manca la tapparella, ne è presente una tenda oscurante

Cozy stay at a heart of Florencia🥰

Pro: I spend 3 nights at this accomodation and can only recommend it. It is at a very heart of Florecia, walking distance to all historical places you would want to see, surrounded by shops and restaurants and at the same time close to train station with direct connection to the airport. The communciation was very smooth, easy and staight forward and there were no issues. The place was clean, fully furnished and there was nothing we would miss. I can only recommend. Thank you!

Contro: Not necessarily a con, but good to know the appartment is on the third floor with quite a few narrow stairs so it would not be ideal for someone with mobility issues. Also note that one of the room faces a busy street and there is a bar just down the building so it can get pretty noisy in the evening and at night but this is to be expexted in such a location.

Flat well placed to explore Florence sights and restaurants, or to return to, & read, cook & relax

Pro: The owner and manager/cleaner were very responsive to my initial emails arranging our arrival, and we were sent good instructions as to where the flat is and where the key was. The double bed was very comfortable, and it was great that my adult daughter had her own bedroom with two single beds (ie not on a sofa). The double bedroom was at the back of the flat looking onto a very small courtyard, but it was quiet which was great. My daughter's bedroom looked out onto the street and was sometimes a bit noisy with drunken revellers. But it was nice and light. Everything worked ie no problems with the shower. stove etc. (we didn't use the clothes washing machine).

Contro: The kitchen was equipped with only 1 largish saucepan, so another saucepan would have been useful. The flat is 3 floors up a narrow staircase (the initial information about the flat did say that it was on the 3rd floor). This was fine for us, but might be less good if you had large heavy suitcases, but it did mean that it was quieter.

Great location, good value and an excellent stay.

Pro: Had a problem with the hot water but the owner was easily contactable and moved us into a different apartment for our last night. Very friendly and helpful and amazing location. Apartment was clean and a lovely place to stay.

Contro: Only very small complaint is the pillows were not very comfortable.

Pro: Casa deu neri is in a good location close to everything. The host was very quick at answering any queries.

Contro: It is on the 3rd floor and no lift. The stairs are pretty lethal if you don't take care.

Pro: Super lokalizacja, kontakt z obsługą. Czysto i bezproblemowo, bardzo przyjemnie

We enjoyed the apartment but it can be strenuous climbing up to the 3rd floor with luggage.\\

Pro: The location was very convenient , close to the city center, restaurants, and shops.

Contro: The bedroom window that faces the street really should have a curtain. There are lights on in the streets that stay on all night making it hard to sleep.

Pro: Excelente ubicación, cerca de lugares para comer y atracciones.

Contro: No fue problema para nosotros pero si considera que las escaleras están muy empinadas con escalones cortos y puede ser difícil subir y bajar.

Pro: Die Lage war kaum zu toppen, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und gute Möglichkeiten zum Essen in unmittelbarer Nähe oder gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war okay, alles sehr sauber. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 3. Etage und hoch führt eine sehr steile und enge Treppe. Für uns kein Problem. Ansonsten perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse.

Contro: Das WLAN hätte stabiler sein können.
