Pro: The apartment has a good location. It is not far from the city center. The apartment was clean. The bathroom was tidy.

Contro: At first glance, the sheets were clean, but there were hairs on them.. In the kitchen was bad lighting.

Pro: Mucho espacio, había suficiente espacio para los 7 que fuimos. Las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas, había espacio para todas las maletas.

Contro: La ducha de los baños son muy pequeñas y los A/A no enfriaban lo suficiente.

2 pisos en uno en excelente ubicación.

Pro: El piso está muy buen ubicado. Es como dos apartamentos en uno, así que dos grupos se pueden separar casi independientes con una sola entrada. Tiene todo.

Contro: Esta en un cuarto piso, para alguien mayor o con problemas de rodillas podría ser un problema.

Pro: Grand appartement pas loin de centre ville (30 minutes de marche jusqu’à la cathédrale). Très propre, plusieurs bars et restaurants, un supermarché et un parc à proximité.

Authentic, spacious, excellent location

Pro: Authentic, spacious, excellent location, everything was comfortable, communicative host - in the historic region, walk distance all historic areas. wifi signal all over the apartment, good reliable internet, ac over the beds so when heater is not enough, we used ac to heat the rooms. located near market and beautiful caffee rainer (serves all home made stuff) so it was very useful. kitchen is full of kitchenware to cook if you prefer. beds are comfortable, rooms are all clean. we didn’t use the room upstairs, it could be fun just to stay in that room with sun rising in the morning

Contro: main bedroom is facing busy morning traffic. it gets loud after 7am. same room gets colder than other rooms. radiator was glowing hot but surprisingly room was very cold (it was 3C outside feels like 1C), I think it is because the building is maintained with historic requirements and windows are wooden and not PVC. AC was positioned in great spot so we didn’t feel the cold, it was just surprising how radiator was so hot yet how cold room was at night. be mindful about ZTL restrictions if you are coming with car. apartment is located inside ZTL area and right before city camera that fines automatically if you pass through between ZTL restricted hours.
