Pleasant stay in central Florence

Fantastic 3-night stay at Roofscape view!

Pro: We had an amazing 3 night stay at Roofscape view. Everything about the apartment was perfect from its location to the communication with the host. We’d recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

Pro: Perfect sound insulation, comfortable bed, very good sleeping quality. Nice view out of the balcony. Kitchen new and fully furnished, wash machine + ironing facilities are in place.

Contro: There are 2 separate bathrooms, the small one has distinct smell (not sure, if it's plumbery). The big one is ok but misses the shelf above the sink. Excessive electrical load (likely above 6kW) causes outage, one must go to the fuse box on the ground floor then.

Pro: All i can say about this place is WOW, the apartment is very beautiful and me and my friend have felt super comfortable there! it’s very clean, spacious, has a good wifi connection and the location is amazing :) The owners are super friendly - i would definitely come back!

We truly appreciated their clear communication and their willingness to accommodate our needs. The location is great—close to all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a great location

Pro: Great location close to the main sites, but still in a quiet street. We loved the apartment, the layout, the balconies, the different levels. It is prettier than in the pictures. So much charm! We really enjoyed sitting on the kitchen balcony watching the duomo. We slept very well, it was quiet and comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed, including a french coffee press. Great to have two bathrooms! The hosts were very attentive and nice, great communication.

Contro: We had some issues with the power. If we used the AC and turned on something else, for example the dishwasher or the water kettle, the main fuse blocked and the power went out. It was a heat wave when we stayed there with temperatures around 40 so that might have contributed. The apartment is on the top floor (3rd) with quite steep and narrow stairs. It was not a problem at all for our family but if you have troubles with stairs you should be aware of this. Also, since the apartment is within the ZTL we had to park the car in a garage far away from the apartment and walk with our luggage in the heat. This might have been possible to arrange but we didn’t figure out how the get access to the ZTL area with a rental car and didn’t want to risk a fine.

Beautiful city with comfortable accommodation

Pro: Fantastic location, easy to get to from the train. Amazing view and proximity to the heart of Florence. Apartment was well equipped for all our needs, and made us want to visit Florence again!

Contro: Just needed a little guidance with instructions for the air conditioning

Great place right in the heart of Florance.

Pro: Very quiet and cozy place. Felt right at home. Great location, everything is in walking distance.

Contro: It is on the top floor with steep stairs, so it is a bit of exercise every time to get back, but nothing extra (might be hard with heavy luggage). Sometimes there was an issue with the water-pressure unfortunately.

LOVELY APARTMENT IN QUIET STREET IN CENTRE

Pro: beautiful view from balcony, spacious kitchen, calm street, 2 bathrooms

Contro: just few basic things missing in the kitchen so u have to buy them (sugar, coffee) and shampoo in the bathroom
