Pro: Lovely place, clean and well kept, all considered. It's an old building very charming and particular. The Patio is great! Plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, detergents. Excellent communication.
Contro: Mosquitoes, but they can't help it. Plenty of mosquito's repellent present in the flat👍

It worked great for us.
Pro: The three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were a real plus. With the patio, the apartment was big enough for 4 adults. The host was very friendly with great communication. They left us 3 sets of keys, which were great. Beds are comfortable with nice pillows. Airconditioners in all rooms, even passage and kitchen. We could do our washing.
Contro: Showers are relatively small, but there are two.

3 double bedroom @Central location to places of interest in Florence.
Pro: Walking distance to all site seeing places of interest in Florence. 3 double beds. 2 shower + toilets. Fully equipped kitchen. Working washing machine.
Contro: Hot water was not working but Chiara responded even on Labour day 1 May. Finally had hot water to shower. No proper wardrobe. Flimsy IKEA railing, wobbly and not sturdy. WiFi code written on chalk blackboard blurry and not accessible. Noisy upstairs neighbour. Fridge freezer door doesn't seal or close fully, causing ice build up in freezer and leaking water and causing kitchen floor to be wet. Central fuse box keeps tripping and causing blackout. Outdoor patio leaking roof and Florence was pouring down with rain. Kitchen Extractor fan was not working. One bathroom door is not lockable. Toilet roll holder not working.

Excelente lugar con una ubicación inmejorable.
Pro: La anfitriona fue super amable, estuvo a disposición desde el inicio de la reserva y me ayudó con temas logísticos. Fui con una persona en silla de ruedas asi que me mandó videos de la propiedad y me explicó de los desniveles. El departamento es tan lindo que no nos importó tener que ayudar a mi sobrina con los escalones. Las habitaciones muy lindas y cómodas y el departamento super equipado. No utilizamos el patio por el frío pero es un lugar hermoso para compartir en familia, parejas o amigos. La propiedad está a unas 4 o 5 cuadras del Duomo, su ubicación es excelente. Volvería definitivamente.
Contro: Las lonas del techo del patio requieren un poco de limpieza para que se vea más bonito.

A quiet and cozy place, ideal for a relaxing stay in Florence.
Pro: The apartment was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. It’s a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location felt safe and peaceful, and everything we needed was provided.
Contro: There was nothing we didn’t like — everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Very pleasant visit in Florence.
Pro: Our group of 4 had an excellent stay in this apartment. The Duomo and main attraction sites are very close. The apartment is on the ground floor which greatly helped moving with luggages. The apartment has three comfortable bedrooms, 2 baths and a very nice inner patio.
Contro: You have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the rest on the inside, but there is an option to go through the inner patio as well so it wasn’t a major issue for our group.

Świetny apartament w centrum Florencji
Pro: Świetne miejsce na parodniowy wypad do Florencji! Duża przestrzeń, 3 sypialnie które są nowe, czyste, pościel pięknie pachniała a na dodatek patio, które było idealnym miejscem aby posiedzieć wspólnie wieczorem. Bardzo blisko do ścisłego centrum. Polecam!
