Pro: Abbiamo trovato qs Location eccezionale sia dal punto di vista storico-culturale (il palazzo risale infatti al 1600) che artisticamente : e’ arredata con cura e gusto e riflette l’autentico stile toscano coniugato a meraviglia a tocchi e dettagli moderni ! Il salone e’ luminoso,ampio e molto curato e La cucina e’ modernissima e funzionale dotata di tutti gli elementi (bollitore/nespresso ecc.) per realizzare con agio un momento di break/ merenda / teatime or breakfast time . L’Host Signor Francesco ci ha accolto con estrema cortesia ,disponibilità e attenzione con consigli preziosi. La signora Veronica inoltre è stata gentilissima e ha reso accogliente la casa con il calore dell’atmosfera natalizia grazie a eleganti decorazioni e fiori freschi e omaggiando di una bottiglia di vin rose’ e snacks vari/dolcetti.

Contro: Tutto e’ stato eccellente , non abbiamo trovato alcun difetto . Anche l’ubicazione e’ ottima in quanto il centro città e i monumenti principali da visitare sono raggiungibili facilmente e a pochi passi .

Amazing property, would stay again.

Pro: This is a truly wonderful property, in an excellent location. It is spacious, and bright.

Contro: The only thing I would recommend to visitors is that they have a Type L plug adaptor, as there are only a few Schuko plugs in the property, and none in the bedrooms.

The apartment is well located, very comfortable and well equipped

Spacious, traditional and comfortable apartment

Pro: Spacious apartment in the heart of the City. It's the best place to stay when in Florence. The hosts are very kind and offer more than you would expect. Can recommend it everyone!!

Eine mit Geschmack und Freude am Detail eingerichtete Wohnung, in der wir uns sehr wohlfühlten

Pro: Kurze persönliche Einführung, Heizung war bei Ankunft warm, alle Lichtquellen funktionierten Kleine Empfangsgeschenke (Betthupferl z.b.)

Contro: Eine große Bettdecke für zwei Personen (schwer); die Bettdecke ist nur mit Tüchern Eingeschlagen und nicht eingezogen, daher verrutscht alles. Das WC im Hauptbad ist Etwas unansehnlich geworden.

An elegant and cozy retreat in Firenze

Pro: Beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Was such a treat coming into a kitchen well provisioned with goodies for the guests! Coffee, tea, still and sparkling water, soda and juices, even a “Welcome” bottle of sparkling wine. Little snack treats as well for breakfast, and specialty chocolates on each bed pillow. The location was fantastic for an easy walk into town. Maybe took 5 mins to walk to the Duomo. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating with any needs or questions we had. They gave us many fantastic recommendations. Can’t wait to return and stay there again!

Pro: An absolutely stunning very spacious apartment, with a fantastic location! My mum and I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time - a comfortable stay, great amenities, lovely extras eg milk/juice/coffee/breakfast items/chocolates. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and would love to return in the future!

Parfait, j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Pro: L’accueil était parfait, il m’ont parfaitement conseillé sur les choses que je devais voir à Florence. L’emplacement est très poche du Dôme et si vous n’avez pas peur de marcher vous êtes aussi proche de tout. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé j’ai pus repasser mes habits, me poser dans le super séjour et prendre mon petit déjeuner. Le propriétaire est toujours accessible pour n’importe quel question c’est un point important ! Je ne peux que vous recommander \

Contro: Très sincèrement je n’ai pas de gros point négatif à faire remonter mis à part les toilettes qui ne sont pas dans la chambre, mais ce n’est qu’une histoire que quelques mètres.
