Fantastico!

Pro: La struttura è accogliente, ottimamente pulita e ben arredata. Letti comodi, asciugamani pulite. I tre bagni sono ottimali per chi viaggia in gruppo. Dista 20 min a piedi dal centro, leggermente lontana dalle principali attrazioni tranne che da Palazzo Pitti

Pro: Appartamento molto bello, confortevole, pulito, ben attrezzato e in ottima posizione

Enjoyable Stay

Pro: Location was great, where we could easily walk to many sightseeing attractions, restaurants and local transport. The property was well equipped, had comfortable beds and great amenities.

Contro: As other reviews have alluded to, there is a smell from the drains in the kitchen which is a bit off putting and the heating system (which is controls more widely by the building) can make it a bit cold at night.

Very nice apartment in a pleasant area of Florence

Pro: Apartment was well set up and spacious; great area to be in for restaurants and bars; not far to walk to the Duomo and other sights

Contro: Shower wasn't great

Great location, beautiful apartment!

Pro: Great location for exploring Florence & close to lots of fabulous cafes, restaurants & bars. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable & had a lovely view of the Duomo. The apartment is on the top floor, totally fine if your fit & able to take the stairs, it’s no issue & there is a lift which is very slow but great for luggage or if stairs are difficult.

Contro: There was a strong smell from the drains. Also when we were there it was cool at night & we only had light blankets on the bed. I requested more blankets but unfortunately never got them.

Great spacious apartment in a fun area, relatively close to the historic sites!

Pro: Large apartment which was very well located in a great area. 15 min walk to historic sites, plenty of restaurants on our doorstep. Rooms were spacious. Good view from one of the bedrooms and living room. We would definitely recommend it!

Contro: It was on the 4th floor so 90 steps to climb. There was an elevator, which helped with the luggage haul but it was as slow as walking up. Would be good to have hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms on which to hang towels.

No matter the little complications, the stay at this apartment was pleasant and good.

Pro: The apartment was new and comfortable, spacious and beautiful.

Contro: The way you do the check-in, it is complicated, specially after driving long kilometers. The elevator is too little. And the parking is far away from the apartment, but that’s not a problem, because they solved it by very friendly garage staff, who are making everything very easy and organized, leaving you infront of the apartment and taking you from the apartment with your own vehicle.

The unit itself is nice, very spacious and comfortable for a group of 6 adults and one kid.

Pro: Beautiful furniture and lightings, clean and comfortable beds

Contro: building elevator not functioning well, slow and always stops moving during the ride that only works again after alarm bell is pressed.

Pro: Ηταν όλα τέλεια από την τοποθεσία μέχρι την καθαριότητα !!! Το μόνο αρνητικό η κακή μυρωδιά από τα σιφώνια

Beautiful apartment in great location

Pro: The apartment is beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed for our group. It's in a very good location and close to most things by walk. Check in and check out were very convenient as all is done online, and every time we communicated with the hosts we got a very quick reply. The best thing about the apartment is the amazing view from the windows.

Contro: There was a smell of drainage in the kitchen and in some of the bathrooms. During the night there was some noise from the street which went on quite late into the night. Also, on one of the days it rained and there was a leak in the roof of one of the bedrooms, and the water dripped all over the floor and on one of our suitcases, wetting everything in it. It's on the 4th floor so there are quite some stairs and the lift is tiny and extremely slow.
