Pro: Centralissima e pulita . Ottimo soggiorno ci ritorneremo L assistenza al telefono super efficiente

OTTIMO SOGGIORNO - STRUTTURA ASSOULTAMENTE CONSIGLIATA

Pro: L'appartamento ha un'ottima posizione. All'inizio del centro storico (dentro la zona ZTL) ma non nelle caotiche vie del centro. Questo garantisce comodità per cercare il parcheggio fuori dalla ZTL e al contempo soggiornare in una via centrale ma non rumorosa. L'appartamento è silenziosissimo, comodo da raggiungere e ristrutturato a nuovo. L'immobile è una vecchia e stupenda casa d'epoca a cui è stato aggiunto l'ascensore (l'appartamento è al secondo piano con numerosi scalini). Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un kit di cortesia sia alimentare sia per l'igiene e dispone dello stretto necessario per soggiornare. La comunicazione con la proprietà è stata decisamente pratica. Grazie per l'ospitalità!!

Contro: Le cose da migliorare in realtà consistono in piccoli suggerimenti per poter arrivare al 10 di valutazione, ma nulla tolgono all'ottimo valore di questo soggiorno. In primo luogo il riscaldamento era spento al nostro arrivo; giusto far scegliere agli ospiti la temperatura, ma durante il nostro soggiorno faceva freddo, quindi sarebbe stato opportuno almeno accenderlo. In secondo luogo il materasso era comodo, ma concavo verso l'interno, quindi si scivolava nel mezzo. In terzo luogo il phon da cambiare assolutamente: estremamente rumoroso e produce molte vibrazioni, tant'è che ogni tot occorre spegnerlo per far riposare la mano.

Pro: Appartamento pulito e in pieno centro. Via silenziosa.

Contro: Il divano letto rumoroso e poco comodo. Lampada in salone da riparare.

Pro: Everything was perfect!! Location is 10/10 and the conditions of the house were very good. There was everything necessary and in very good conditions. I would return again if I went to Florence again. The staff was helpful with any problem.

Nice apartment, great location

Pro: Location is great. The apartment is big, well maintained, fairly quiet. Nice touch with the books in the living room.

Contro: There is no central heating. Many mosquitoes. For hot water at the shower I had to fiddle with the boiler settings and start it manually.

Everything you need and good location.

Pro: Good size apartment with air-conditioning. Equipped with washing machine, fridge, electric kettle, TV and coffee machine. Good size bathroom. Comfortable beds. Everything was clean.

Pro: Everything was perfect. The location was great, the apartment is clean. It's quiet at night for sleeping. Would like to come back again.

Pro: The location, in the heart of the historic center, very close to the main atractions. Beds and shower were not the best, but ok.

Contro: The wash machine (clothes) wasn’t easy to deal with (too slow), but at the end were able to use it.

Value for money stay in a good location

Pro: It’s an old building but the location was amazing! Almost right next to Santa Croce Basilica, with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and pharmacies everywhere. If you’re there in winter, the Christmas Market would be right in front of the basilica. We were also able to walk to the main shopping street and to Ponte Vecchio, there’s also a bus stop around the corner that takes you to most attractions. Location feels pretty safe for families. Apartment was quite clean, has working aircon/heater and no plumbing issues in the bathroom.

Contro: Only things to note are that the washing machine is old and there’s no dryer. And the water heater for the bathroom is storage tank style so if you shower for too long, the hot water can run out and the next person will have to wait.
