Che sorpresa!

Pro: Titubante perché non c'erano recensioni. Ma non rende giustizia: ampio, tranquillo, luminoso, parcheggio proprio davanti e il quartiere è top!!

Great location for a girls trip

Pro: The location suited us. 15 minute walk to most sites. Train station a 25 min walk. Comments were made, how lovely and comfortable the beds were. It was lovely to sit and relax in the lounge.

Contro: Some bedrooms face onto the street, and I would say it wasn't a busy street but at night, noise does travel. Hint:put heavy sleepers in street side bedrooms

We would highly recommend this apartment especially if you have a larger group that want to stay

Pro: The location was central so very easy to walk to see key attractions. Grocery store very close by. Greeter gave us lots of useful information.

Pro: Very roomy and appealing. Loved the molding in the ceilings, beautiful paint choices and chandeliers! Bathroom tiles were lovely.

Contro: The furniture in the living room is not comfortable. I suggest a drip coffee carafe of some sort. The master bathroom waste bin doesn’t function properly. Other than that it was fabulous!

Huge Gorgeous Apartment!

Pro: The apartment is amazing! Huge, with high ceilings and even a little balcony. Lots of space, very fast wi-fi, washing machine/laundry room - even a little gym! All the sites of Florence are well within walking distance, and the supermarket next doors if fantastic. If seems small at first, but stretches far back. There is no lift, and four flights of stairs. That didn't bother us at all, but worth noting.

Contro: The only issue is one that the apartment isn't at fault for. It is on a busy road, and it can be noisy in the two front facing bedrooms at night from traffic and whatnot. However, if you turn the air con on (which you probably will) that white noise cancels this out a bit. The other bedrooms not directly facing the street are fine.

Good value for money, luxury apartment, great location.

Pro: Heaps of space, well located you can walk to all major sites on both sides of the river. Supermarket two doors away. Can accommodate up to 9 people without issues.

Contro: Stair access only - not a big deal for the young and fit.

Pro: Location was great, there was enough room for all of us to have our own bedrooms, and the beds were nice.

Contro: There was really nothing I didn’t like about the property- I would choose this space again.

Wonderful, large apartment in Florence!

Pro: The apartment is so big and so comfortable, in an amazing location. The reception staff was extremely helpful, including going out of their way to assist my elderly parents when they ended up being the first to arrive due to travel delays. Be sure to visit Santa Croce while you are so close, and give yourself plenty of time to see all the amazing art and tombs of historical figures.

Contro: Can’t think of anything! Be prepared for the stairs, but they help work off the pasta and gelato calories.

Estávamos em 8 pessoas, todas foram acomodadas confortavelmente. Tudo excelente.

Pro: O centro histórico de Florença tem um diâmetro de 2 km aproximadamente e o apartamento está nessa localização perto de todas as atrações, restaurantes, lojas, supermercados...tudo acessado caminhando. Ambas estações de trem (Santa Maria Novella e Campo de Marte) estão fora do centro histórico, então esse é o único trajeto mais longo para acesso.

Contro: Sem comentários. Tudo ótimo.

Our stay was great!

Pro: Staff was very friendly. They met with us to hand over the keys and show us around the apartment. The place was in a great location. It worked out well for our big group of people. We could spread out throughout the apartment and not hear each other.
