Nice portion of property near Santa Croce

Una piccola stanza con tutto quel che serve

Pro: Piccola ma comoda, aveva tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per stare tranquilli.

Pro: Alloggio carino, ben tenuto e confortevole e pulito proprio in piazza Santa Croce. Posizione veramente comoda in centro a Firenze!

Pro: Ho trovato tutto bene pulito materassi e cuscini comodissimi,ero da solo per cui anche se piccolina era perfetta per me , già in due è un problema

Contro: Anche se tieni il condizionatore caldo acceso per giorni la casa rimane parecchio fredda secondo me c'è da guardare gli spifferi

Soggiorno veramente piacevole

Pro: È vicinissima al centro, ed è accogliente. È stato un soggiorno piacevole

Contro: Il lenzuolo era cortissimo e il materasso veniva scoperto facilmente, poco igienico. La porta di ingresso del nostro appartamento si chiudeva con un meccanismo molto spartano. Non era presente il bidet.

Lovely small apartment in a perfect city

Pro: The place was so central, it had everything you needed except an oven or a stove. It was no big problem in the end, we ended up eating at the restaurant in the same building all the time! The service was very good, I only had the contact with them through email, which worked out great. I also had an incident with my neighbors that they handled very well. I’d 100% rent this again but during the summertimes, I loved the city, I loved the apartment!

Contro: So take this with a grain of salt, we rented during the cold months of the year, so it’s not really any use if you rent during the summer. but the room was very cold. We needed to use 2 blankets and stick together all night haha. There was one AC, but due to laws you couldn’t have it up very high and not for long, which I understand. I’d say that you can hear everything and anything from outside and in the stairwell to the apartment. We woke up to 3 girls having an argument in the middle of the night and it was like they were inside the apartment. And that’s the biggest downside with it.

Pro: La ubicación excelente. Cómodo para una estadía de 2 días

Contro: Las almohadas. Deberían cambiarlas

Pro: Tenia aire acondicionado y la ubicación era muy buena

Contro: Un tanto pequeño, pero para visitar la ciudad, dormir y asearse es perfecto

Pro: La ubicación es perfecta para desplazarte con seguridad y facilidad en el centro . Hay muchos restaurantes cerca y con buena comida tanto para desayunar (Bar) cómo para comer y/o cenar. En frente está la famosa scuola di cuoio y es súper interesante poder visitarla. Me encantó.

Contro: La puerta tiene buena cerradura sin embargo, si hay corriente de aire al abrir la principal está puede llegar a moverse y da la sensación de que alguien podría estar intentando abrirla

Logement très bien mais beaucoup de bruits.

Pro: L’emplacement est parfait, le logement est bien équipé.

Contro: L’insonorisation très mauvaise. Nous entendons énormément les bruits de la rue et du couloir de l’immeuble.
