Live like a Florentine next to Santa Croce Square

Pro: The location was excellent. Away from the busy centre, but not far to walk in. Very spacious, clean & comfortable. Extremely helpful people to deal with. Highly recommend

Great value in a great location with kind and responsive hosts.

Pro: It was located in a central but quiet area and the accommodation was a great value. The hosts Michelle and Johnny were very kind and very responsive, particularly when there was an issue with the fan. There was plenty of natural light and the kitchen was well-equipped.

Contro: Some older windows seemed not to close fully, but it led to little disturbance for us. Noises from the neighbors (also short-term rentals) could be heard, although it seemed like an exceptional case.

It was wonderful to see Florence and to have such lovely hosts!

Pro: Both Michelle and Johnny were wonderful. Michelle met us at the apartment, she spoke good English, and was very helpful. She had written a guide to Florence which was great and steered us to great restaurants and sites. Apartment was quiet and was VERY CLEAN which we really appreciated. Contro: The only problem which didn't cause that much of a problem was that the A/C unit in the kitchen wasn't working. Regardless, we were able to make it work with the one unit in the large bedroom and it wasn't a big problem at all. Michelle tried to get a technician there but I know how difficult that can be. Oh and by the way, it didn't bother us at all but just a heads up... Once inside the apartment, there are about 45 steps up through the stairwell to get to the entrance of the apartment. Something to keep in mind if someone has health issues.

Pro: La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de Santa Maria de la Croce. El apartamento es muy amplio.

Contro: No tiene ascensor y está en un segundo piso. Check out temprano y rigidez para fijar la hora de recogida de llaves. Más viejo que aparece en las fotografías. Aire acondicionado ruidoso y una habitación sin aire.
