Pro: Ottima zona, molto silenzioso e considerato il periodo (calcio fiorentino) è un plus da non sottovalutare. Molto fresco, anche con aria condizionata spenta (da noi comunque utilizzata). Piccolo angolo cottura, con bollitore e macchine caffè (anche moka), sfruttato per le colazioni. Un bagno di servizio al piano basso, e un bagno grande nel soppalco, entrambi molto curati e puliti. Letti molto comodi. Molto bello ed elegante, perfetto per le nostre esigenze
Contro: Scaletta del soppalco un po' stretta, ma gestibile. Viene sottolineato piu' volte dall'host il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno, che è giustamente dovuta, ma ribadito prima e durante il soggiorno più volte, è stato un po' eccessivo. Posso suggerire di includerla direttamente nel costo del soggiorno.

Pro: La posizione è ottima e l'appartamento è ben curato. La presenza di due bagni rende la struttura perfetta anche per quattro persone.

Super convenient location
Pro: Excellent location in easy walking distance from the train station and many famous attractions. While the piazza was always busy the apartment does not face onto the square so it was whisper quiet. Plenty of good restaurants, cafes and bars right outside your door and a small supermarket a couple of minutes away if you turn left out of the entrance. All in all a very good option for a great stay in this beautiful city

Excellent location, very comfortable apartment.
Pro: The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything and close to all attractions. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and well equipped. It was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was pleasant, however, I did wait quite a few days for a response sometimes (when making arrangements for the check-in). Had they just said they'll send everything on the day of arrival it would have been fine but the fact I was told everything would be sent immediately and then it went very quiet for a few days made me a little worried.
Contro: The shower tray seemed to be blocked, as the water would not drain, so we sometimes had to take a break when having a shower, to wait for the water to go down. The toilet seat kept falling off.

Pro: In hot summer days, it was nice to explore the city during the morning and walking distance to return for lunch at the apartment and get rest. We were then able to restart our evening fresh withing 10-15 min walking distance from main spots. Near restaurants, supermarket, gelatos and places for drinks. Everything was clean and well equipped. Had a nice stay
Contro: Day 1 we had some construction going next to our room (a little too loud) but rest of our days were good. would be nice to have at least some coffee available

Beautiful apartment, amazing location
Pro: The location was amazing, in one of the main piazzas which holds Santa Croce cathedral. It was walking distance to the main duomo and easily accessible to most of the sightseeing places/train stations. The apartment seemed recently renovated and thus the facilities were top-notch and the place was sparkling clean. Things were well thought of and provided for; we really enjoyed our stay there.

Good stay in beautiful and busy Florence.
Pro: Comfortable bed and air-conditioning worked beautifully. Enough room and facilities for cooking were okay.
Contro: 4 remotes provided. 2 worked and 2 did not.

Fabulous location close to the least touristy area of Florence.
Pro: Loved the location on Santa Croce, very close to many bars and restaurants and a 30 minute walk from the station. Very clean, super comfy and very well equipped. Great shower. Very comfortable bed and peaceful as there was no noise from the square at night. Good communication with David and Britta and clear entry instructions. Would definitely recommend for a great stay in this incredibly beautiful city.
Contro: The only thing I can say is that it would have been useful to have some coffee provided.

Pro: The location of the apartment is great, most of the sights are in walking distance. There are restaurants, cafeterias and small shops nearby. The bed is pretty comfortable.
Contro: The floor could have been swept and mopped before our arrival.
