Pro: Beautiful property in very enteral yet quiet location. Oasis from busy streets of Florence. It’s beautifully decorated and equipped in everything you need. Every detail is thought through including umbrellas for the rainy days which we had during our stay in Florence.

Contro: No natural daylight as both windows open onto very small courtyards.

Good location, good service, big room, all you need for a great travel experience in Firenze

Pro: Super big and comfy room, has everything you need from fridge to toaster, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Located in the heart of the city and is conveniently connected to several bus lines. There are three gates before the entrance of the room so technically it’s very secure and safe.

Great experience in a top location

Pro: We had a wonderful 4 days stay in this apartment. It smells and feels like a brand new renovated home, which it really is, just like in the photos. The studio was very clean, which I really appreciated. It is modern and equipped with everything you might need to feel like home, and the attention to details is very nice and useful, the light scheme also. The location is very convenient, right in Santa Croce square. Easy accessible, the apartment is located at the first floor in one of the historical buildings in the square. Even though the building is a historical one, the studio is renovated and brought to nowadays standards. It also has a little terrace that can be used to smoke. Easy check-in and check-out, many and useful informations provided by the host since the moment of booking. I would definitely recommend a stay in this studio!

Contro: The only downside of this studio is its lack of natural light and of a view, due to its position in the building, but this is something one assumes before booking, as it can be seen in the photos from the beginning.

Добрались до места проживания очень быстро, заселение без проблем. Красивое, тихое место. Много ресторанов вокруг.

Pro: Понравилось всё, особенно расположение. Апартаменты на одной из посещаемых площадей, а в апартаментах очень тихо.

Contro: Не помешала бы разделочная доска и штопор).

Agréable mais avec un manque de luminosité extérieure.

Pro: L’emplacement est très bien et le logement propose l’ensemble des commodités attendu.

Contro: Il n’y a pas de lumière naturelle, les fenêtres donnant sur des réduits.

Krásný pokoj ve skvělé lokalitě.

Pro: Ubytování je umístěno na krásném náměstíčku, prakticky v centru, dobře dostupné i MHD, malý Carrefour asi 200 metrů. Vybavení odpovídá obrázku, vše je krásné, nové, čisté, krásná růžová koupelna, k dispozici dva druhy polštářů i peřiny. Internetové připojení bezvadné, chytrá televize. Pokoj byl absolutně tichý (kromě lednice), žádné zvuky zvenku. Okno v koupelně, o kterém se píše v jedné recenzi, se otevírá a zavírá vypínačem v koupelně. Dvě klimatizační jednotky jsou k dispozici, ale v pokoji nebylo horko ani v parném létě, využili jsme jen občasně. Za nízkou cenu, jakou jsme zaplatili, to bylo skutečně velmi luxusní ubytování. Ubytovatelé rychle reagovali na zprávy.

Contro: Obě okna jsou do vnitrobloku, v pokoji je tedy stále šero (je to kompenzováno velkým množstvím designových svítidel a absolutním tichem a v parném létě tam není vedro). Pokoj je umístěn za 3 těžkými dveřmi a jednou mříží - velký svazek klíčů a vnitřní dveře bylo namáhavé otevřít (ale je zajištěna bezpečnost). Ocenila bych malý odpadkový koš v koupelně a více než dva toaletní papíry na týden, a pytle na odpady, to jsou ale jen drobnosti.

Pro: Die Lage ist wirklich absolut perfekt. Direkt im Zentrum konnten wir einfach jede einzelne Attraktion in 10 Gehminuten erreichen. Die Wohnung selber ist extrem Stilvoll und sie ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Eine wunderbare Wohnung mit tollem Service!

Pro: Estudio recién reformado, con mucho gusto y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días estupendos . Muy bien insonorizado . En una plaza con ambiente pero tranquila . Andando a todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad . Lo único a tener en cuenta es pedir al llegar que cierren la ventana del baño . Está muy alta y no se puede cerrar . En la época del año en la que he estado, por las mañanas refresca y hacía un poco de frío en el baño por el tema de la ventana. Por lo demás, fantástico
