Stunning & Luxurious 1BR apt 1 min walk by Duomo

Soggiorno molto piacevole nel centro di Firenze in una location davvero accogliente!

Pro: Appartamento accogliente e confortevole. Pulito e curato con un arredamento che ci è piaciuto molto. Biancheria da letto e da bagno inclusa. Posizione super comoda per piazza del Duomo.

Contro: Nulla. Unica pecca: l’asciugacapelli in bagno non funziona: si è anche accesa una scintilla e potrebbe essere pericoloso.

Right in the heart of Florence

Pro: The property was right in the centre of Florence, but just on a little side street. This meant a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and all the other major sites, and at the same time not being on a main street meant it was quiet during the evenings. The property was well furnished, bright, spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped. The property was really clean and the linen provided was more than adequate. There is a good guide to local restaurants and things to do. The little restaurant next door was very friendly and served good food.

Contro: On arrival the heating was set to 27 degrees and it was roasting. It took a little time to cool down and the thermostat isnt particularly intuitive. A small welcome pack would be appreciated, a pack of coffee, some tea bags, sugar cubes, just some little things to say - welcome. I don't think there was a coffee machine. These are tiny tiny niggles... the place is lovely.

Pro: A person opened the door and gave us the keys in hand. We asked for a Moka for the induction vitro and provided us one, amazing

Contro: We didn't manage to put the heating on The vitro was not working as a normal induction But overall was excellent experience

Nice apartment in the city center

Pro: Good apartment, clean, in the city center, the communication with the host was excellent, easy check in and out. The building is equipped with an elevator so no problem to reach the fourth floor.

Contro: The main issue for us was the heating. As we visited Florence in November it was a bit cold outside and we had to use the air conditioner to heat the rooms. The floor heating system was not fixed even by the technician who was sent by the host. As a recommendation it will be ideal to have a coffee machine in the apartment instead of a small moka pot.

lovely and quiet central location

Pro: Despite being so centrally located the property was very quiet.

Contro: we were given a bizarre lease document to sign which was somewhat biased in the landlord’s favour unsurprisingly. We didn’t sign it.

Pro: It's a very nice and cozy apartment. The location is perfect, and the neighborhood looks safe. It is really 1 minute from Duomo. They have everything in the apartment: kitchen, 2 beds, washing machine, dishwasher, shower, and other things. It's right in the center but it is very quiet. The stuff is very responsive and respectful. There is an elevator in the building. Many restaurants around.

Pro: The apartment was exceptionally clean and cosy. Our family of 3 felt home and enough every moment in it. The flat is also at a great location with only few minutes walk from main attractions at Florence. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful throughout the whole stay.

Pro: O apartamento era simplesmente perfeito! Muito bem decorado, espaçoso, limpo, confortável e os detalhes mostravam cuidado e capricho. Melhor do que nas fotos! Localização também excelente !

Pro: Geweldige locatie, dicht bij alles. Prijs-kwaliteit dus heel goed! Heel proper appartement, gezellig klein terrasje om savonds nog een klein afsluitertje te drinken. We konden wat vroeger dan de check-in onze bagage al afzetten. Een goede service!

Excellent value for money

Pro: Highly recommend. The quiet location (does not face the street, less noise - which is great!) and proximity to everything is fantastic. The apartment has a washing machine (no dryer, just a rack), kitchen, and good Wi-Fi. It is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. I would stay here again.

Contro: There are 19 steps to get to the elevator (important if you are hauling a large suitcase) and no microwave (not a dealbreaker, just an FYI). The door to the building is impossible to open with the key - you must get the code to open the door.
