A real gem

Pro: Spacious, spotless, and superbly located- this Florence apartment was a real gem! Within walking distance from all the major tourist attractions, as well as supermarkets and public transportation. We were able to truly enjoy our stay.

It was great!

Pro: This apartment was wonderful. The apartment is very large. It was super convenient. I loved opening the door and seeing the Duomo.

Contro: I am not accustomed to having to remove all of the trash and recycling. We had removed it each day but it was still hard to remove all of it on the last day when we had to catch an early train.

Fantastic location and apartment that allowed our family to have the comfort we needed!

Pro: Great location, center of the city near the Duomo. The apartment was spacious and laid out great to all allow everyone to have some space.

Pro: Апартаменты расположены в самом центре, в 100 м от Дуомо, ремонт новый, мебель, техника в отличном состоянии., система обогрева и кондиционирования работет отлично, кровати удобные, апартаменты очень чистые. Внизу винный бар, несколько кафе, до ближайшего продуктового магазина Conrad 150 м.

Contro: Звукоизоляция отсутствует как класс, каждое утро в 5.40 утра по местому времени приезжала ассенизаторская машина и в течение часа-полутора выкачавала отходы, потом приездает мусоровоз и загружает контейнеры с мусором. Шум просто адский, спать в это время невозможно!!!!!!! Вся проблема в том, что в центре Флоренции нет канализации... Этот шум серьезно снижает привлекательность апартаментов. Даже ремонт в апартаментах слева-справа от наших апартаментов не доставлял неудобств.
