Pro: Appartamento centralissimo, spazioso e pulito in modo impeccabile.

Indimenticabile

Pro: Nuova struttura, pulitissima ma soprattutto nel cuore della città eravamo a 5/10 minuti da ogni punto d’interesse principale e poi l’affaccio del balconcino sulla cattedrale… parliamone. Host super disponibile e gentile. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura per il vostro soggiorno

Pro: Posizione super centrale, vicino ai punti di maggiore interesse. Host super gentili e disponibili, sono venuti incontro alle nostre esigenze e ci hanno dato anche ottimi consigli sui vari ristoranti e zone di interesse. Se tornerò in futuro a Firenze soggiornerò sicuramente ancora qui!

Pro: Posizione centralissima, a 2 passi dal Duomo, bene la pulizia e i servizi. Il sig. Andrea ci ha illustrato l'appartamento e dato parecchi consigli per la visita della città e dove cenare.

Experienced amazing Italian hospitality - highly recommend this property :)

Pro: The property is beautiful - central location and cute balcony with views to the Duome. But above all, one should stay at this property to experience the amazing Italian hospitality provided by Andrea. He was outstanding. He met us at the taxi, provided helpful information about Florence including a map and information sheet, made a dinner reservation for our first night at the steak house downstairs (highly recommend), and met us again for check out and booked our taxi. On top of all that, I messaged to get some advise on where to find a doctor when our daughter was ill… he directed us to the emergency doctor, and checked in daily to see how she was recovering. Would love to return again sometime. Florence is beautiful, Andrea was fabulous, and I wouldn’t look anywhere else for accommodation.

Contro: Nothing it was great. We knew the apartment was on the second floor with no lift. There are 8 small flights with 7 steps each so it is very user friendly, but good to be aware of this when booking.

Pro: A wonderful apartment, wonderful hosts, a perfect location. The host went out of his way to help us with recommendations and directions to sights and restaurants. My daughter and I highly recommend this place.

Contro: We loved everything.

The location was absolutely perfect for our visit and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean

Pro: Breakfast was not furnished, but there was a kitchen and the coffee provided was excellent. The pillows were nice and squishy just like I like.

Contro: The only coffee cups were small, i.e. not suited for cappuccino, The only bowls were very big, The bed were very (perhaps too) comfortable, but I like mine a little harder.

Fab Florence Apartment.

Pro: The location was fantastic 100 metres from the Cathedral, easy (and inexpensive) transfer via tram from the airport to station and an easy 10 minutes walk to the apartment. Staff couldn't have been more helpful in meeting us and showing us the facilities. Excellent.

Contro: It is up 2 floors which for older guests (like me) is a slight challenge but all good fun. And the apartment is definitely worth the effort.

Definitely recommend - fantastic location, comfortable stay, very helpful host.

Pro: The location of the property couldn’t have been better, it was central to everywhere and we made full use of the opportunities that afforded us during the day and the evening. We always felt safe. The apartment was comfortable with all the facilities that we required. The air-conditioning was efficient and could be controlled separately in each room. Hearing the Duomo bells at different times during the day was lovely. Andrea couldn’t have been more helpful, he gave us ideas of places to visit and restaurants where we might eat, and we were very appreciative of that. We would definitely stay here again.

Contro: There are plenty of stairs, but after a week we were climbing without any problems. (They could be an issue for less mobile people.) The shower cubicles would benefit from a shelf for toiletries, a small addition that would make a worthwhile improvement to each bathroom.

Fabulous holiday - apartment perfectly located!

Pro: Perfectly located right next to the Duomo. Communication with our hosts was amazing - they met us on arrival and also arranged a taxi for our departure and walked with us to meet it!
