Pro: Struttura accogliente, posizione centrale e comoda per poter visitare la città.

Contro: L’unico neo (se così si può chiamare) è che l’appartamento è al secondo piano senza ascensore. Ma è proprio a parer mio una cosa da poco.

A beautiful quiet place to unwind

Pro: How quiet it is even though you are in the heart of everything busy. So much room to spread out and great beds and bathrooms. The apartment had a really nice modern feel about it. We loved the great big windows from the lounge that we could open out and breath in the fresh air. You felt like you could almost touch the Duomo, it’s that close! We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Pro: Fantastic outstanding property in the heart of Florence. Owners helpful and accommodating. Every need exceeded. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back again. Close to restaurants, supermarkets and train station.

Pro: Lovely clean and comfortable apartment with nice attention to details. Great location, very central and view from windows was beautiful. No lift though so consider this if you have large suitcases. Its 3 flights of stairs up. I recommend it and would stay there again.

Pro: This place is amazing! Oozing class and comfort. Clean, tidy and spacious. The location was absolutely incredible with everything just steps away. The appartment is fitted for self catering but with cafe literally outside the door and a Carrafore a few meters away all needs are supplied. I will never stay anywhere else in Florence now I have found this!

Charming apartment near the Duomo

Pro: Gorgeous and spacious apartment with soaring ceiling. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Great location being around the corner from the Duomo. Having two bathrooms was very convenient. Host was very responsive and provided useful recommendations for sights and restaurants.

Contro: No dishwashing powder/tablets nor coffee pods. Would have been nice to have a small starter pack which most accomodation tend to provide.

Pro: The central location of just being by the Duomo is great. We felt the bells ringing while we were having breakfast and being a stone's throw away to everything was perfect for us. Lodovica was gracious in sharing her local knowledge with us and we kept in contact days prior to my check in so on the day of the check in, everything went as planned and because of her great tip on parking, we did not receive any municipal fines too.

Pro: The property is beautiful, very comfortable and has everything you could need. It is literally 70 meters from the Duomo so you are right in the heart of the city which is much needed in the summer months, means you can explore, then go back for a rest and quick shower before heading out again (it was 40 degrees and we changed 3 times in 1 day!). All rooms have air con. There is a carrefour within 50 meters so you can stock up the fridge with plenty of water. Restaurant 10 meters away for breakfast. Gelato next door. Communication was excellent. Couldn’t have been easier. Can’t wait to go back, this will be a new go-to place.

Contro: Wasn’t a problem for us but the apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift so if you have mobility issues with stairs you may struggle.
