Dandy house on the Arno river

Un bellissimo week end a Firenze!

Pro: Appartamento grande, molto pulito e in un punto molto centrale.

Contro: Nulla

Pro: Spazi ampi e rilassanti, buon materasso, facile accesso, ottima posizione per accedere ai mezzi pubblici, angolo cucina dotato di quanto necessario per cucinare.

Contro: Il riscaldamento é centralizzato nel palazzo e quindi non è regolabile a piacimento.

Bellissima Vacanza

Pro: Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, ha fatto il check-in anche fuori orario, diversamente da come era previsto sul regolamento della struttura indicato su Booking. Persona molto discreta, che sembra quasi non esserci..... ma subito pronta a dare indicazioni, consigli ecc. all'occorrenza. La posizione sulla riva del fiume Arno è comunque molto centrale, giusto 7-8 minuti di cammino in più rispetto alle zone centralissime, si trovà però nel bellissimo Borgo di San Frediano, dove ci sono una miriade di locali frequentati soprattutto dai Fiorentini, e che noi la sera abbiamo avuto il piacere di provare.

Very adequate for all we needed

Pro: The host was very pleasant, chatty, knowledgeable and spoke great English. Gave us some great advice on where to go and what to do. Was in excellent communication with us throughout out stay. Very centrally located with easy access. Large two bedroomed apartment.

Contro: As with so many of these places in Florence, it was old. I don't mean 16th Century, I mean 40 - 50 years. This meant that the shower and hot water wasnt so great and the decor a bit tired. Some foods that were there for our use had passed their usebuy date. Needed more of a 'women's decorating touch'.

Awesome. Great host, great location, great property.

Pro: Spacious, homely and very well maintained. Big rooms and lots of space for 2-4 people.

Contro: As it was hot we had the windows open in the night, and it’s down the road from an ambulance station. Nothing too bad, but maybe not great if you have a baby as they are noisy.

Pro: The location is perfect and the apartament had everything you need! Comfortable beds, clean bedsheets.Manfredi was super nice and gave us several tips regarding the region. I strongly recommend it!

Contro: The bedroom facing the street is a bit noisy!

Pro: Manfredi was a wonderful host, he gave great recommendations and the property was beautiful. The location was excellent - in a fun neighborhood with great restaurants, coffee shops, gelato and a supermarket. Great to get out of the crush of tourists!

Fantastic option for Florence.

Pro: Nice apartment just accross the river on the side of the city where locals live and full of great places to eat, have coffee or drinks, without the tourist masses. The host is very helpful and gave us great tips.

Séjour parfait, je me suis sentie comme chez moi.

Pro: Très bel appartement spacieux et aménagé avec goût. Situé dans un quartier que j’ai beaucoup apprécié car l’impression de vivre avec les habitants tout en étant proche de tout ce qu’il y a à visiter mais en étant à l’écart du tourisme de masse. Le propriétaire est très réactif et serviable, merci beaucoup!
