YiD wonderful balcony view on Florence

Appartamento moderno con vista

Pro: Posizione ottima a 15min a piedi dal centro. Spazi interni ben distribuiti con due camere matrimoniali e due bagni completi. Bella terrazza con vista, peccato la presenza di sole 2 sedie essendo stati noi in 4. Utili alcuni articoli monouso oltre a quelli del bagno come il kit per la pulizia delle stoviglie, scottex/tovaglioli e cialde del caffè.

Contro: Pochi ripiani di appoggio nei bagni, basterebbero un paio di mensolette per migliorare di molto la comodità. Gli infissi sono piuttosto vecchi, quindi anche se ben tenuti purtroppo non isolano dai rumori esterni che si sentono abbastanza essendo una zona sufficientemente trafficata.

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location for a fabulous city break

Pro: Fantastic location, nice modern clean apartment. Great views from the terrace. We cannot wait to come back.

Pro: Nice place in the city centre with pretty balcony and view on Florence and surroundings. Coffee machine also was a plus.

Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend it.

Pro: Liked- location, roof top, 2 bathrooms, furnishings great. Dislike - could you lounge instead of finning table . Plus more than 2 chairs upstairs .

Pro: el departamente es como se ve en las fotos. todo completamente renovado! excelente ubicacion!

Contro: quizas es un poco ruidoso dado que pasan colectivos y mucho autos

Très bon rapport qualité prix et vue extraordinaire

Pro: La situation était parfaite, a 15 min à pied du centre historique (Duomo, ponté Vecchio..). La vue sublime depuis le toit terrasse. Pas de contact direct avec les propriétaires mais très réactifs aux messages. La présence de 2 salles de bains est un plus.

Contro: Au 3eme étage sans ascenseur au quotidien ce n’est pas gênant mais un peu galère avec les valises. Les parties communes (escalier) assez sales. Le toit terrasse pourrait être aménagé, il n’y a que 2 chaises, une petite table et 2 chaises supplémentaires auraient été parfaites pour un apéritif avec vue.

A Florentine Beauty with lots of stairs and an incredible view!

Pro: Location is amazing and roof top patio is stunning! Very clean and well-maintained.

Contro: Neighbourhood is quite nosy at times in the evening and into the night but that’s part of staying downtown.

Best Place

Pro: Die Lage, das Appartement selbst, die kleine Dachterrasse.

Contro: In den Schlafzimmern hört man die Hauptstrasse.

Nice apartment with good location

Pro: It is newly renovated. Very comfortable and nice setting. There are 2 bathrooms. The room without bathroom is spacious, but the en-suite room is smaller. Air conditioning in each room and living/dinning room, but only 2 can be used at the same time. The rooftop view is a plus. Fully equipped kitchen. There was no microwave oven as stated on Booking’s description, but the host sent one to the apartment on the day when we asked about it. It is very nice that the host provides enough detergent for laundry and dishwasher, as well as many coffee capsules (although many of them are not the right ones for the coffee machine). Good location, convenient and just right to be away from the crowds yet you can walk to the major attractions. We really love to stay there.

Contro: 1. Although the apartment has all sorts of modern electrical facilities, you can only choose 2 to use at the same time. The electricity went off for 2 nights before we figured out the limitation of electricity capacity. (for example, you cannot use hair dryer while an air conditioning and the laundry machine are in use) We contacted the host and follow his instructions to go out to the stairway to solve the electricity problem. 2. The water pressure of the shower is very low, and the water is unable to come through the shower handle. The overhead shower is workable. The bathroom is quite small, not easy to place stuffs, but the shower space is good. 3. The instructions to get in the apartment are not provided unless you complete the self-check-in process on the host’s online system which including filling a lot of personal information and photo taking passports and paying full amount of tourist tax. This request was sent out in the evening just before the day we arrived. It was very annoying as we were on travel and not safe to do that outside. Maybe the host can consider simplify the process, and send out the request earlier. 4. It is on 3rd floor and no elevator. It was ok for us though.
