Un bel soggiorno

Pro: Posizione ottima, vista meravigliosa, pulizia impeccabile, stanze grandi, climatizzatori perfetti e semplici da usare e letto stra-comodo

Contro: L'assenza dell'ascensore, forse poco segnalato nell'annuncio, i fornelli che funzionavano solo con l'ausilio dell'accendino e la pressione dell'acqua della doccia decisamente da rivedere

Pro: Posizione comodissima, al centro di tutto e vicino il capolinea della tramvia, appartamento stupendo, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort, vista incredibile, personale super disponibile e gentile, consigliatissimo!

Contro: Manca l'ascensore, 5 piani a piedi più volte al giorno sono tanti, ma ne vale la pena

Excellent staff

Pro: The location of the apartment was perfect and super easy to find. Super friendly and helpful staff, they have taken care of us from the arrival to the departure.

Contro: The light went off for a few hours but the staff was great to communicate with us about the issue and how to solve it.

Pro: Brilliant location, great views and excellent value. Comfortable and clean. Would stay here again. As a couple of women in their 60s, even the stairs weren't as bad as we had expected, but we didn't have cases. Close to bars and restaurants.

Contro: I would imagine that water pressure would be an issue if the apartment block was full. Slight sewerage smell near entrance, but nothing to spoil our stay.

Pro: Location is good for easy access to all main attractions on foot

Contro: Shower was temperamental. Sometimes hot, sometimes luke warm. Sometimes water was coming out full power and unfortunately sometimes nothing !!

Loved everything about the apartment ,the view and the location. very clean, private and safe.

Pro: Everything was perfect, the view, the apartment. Loved how close to the centre it is and how close to everything we wanted to do.

Contro: The beds, would have preferred one queen or king-sized bed instead of two single beds.

Pro: Todo en general fue como lo esperábamos. Totalmente recomendable

Ótimo lugar para ficar em Florença

Pro: Apartamento super espaçoso, bem equipado, MUITO bem localizado, com varanda com vista incrível! Vale muito a pena! Recomendamos!

Contro: Como a maioria dos prédios antigos e históricos no centro de florença, tem escadas e inclinadas mas valem a pena pela vista.

Pro: Довольно тяжеловато было подниматься с чемоданами в квартиру, но мы были к этому готовы. Вид из квартиры 100% стоит того. Очень чисто, аккуратно, уютно. Нас встретила Clarissa - очень приятная девушка! Сотрудники были очень вежливы и были на связи!

Great location, many good restaurants you can almost see from front door.

Pro: The location with a quick walk from the train station was ideal, and the view from the patio was amazing. The dome of San Lorenzo dominates the view, but you can see the Duomo as well. Well stocked and extremely clean apartment. The wash machine was great as we were in the middle of a three week trip and we packed light. There were large drying racks and everything dried overnight.

Contro: It is a on floor 5 and in Italy the first floor is zero -- so six flights up and about 90 stairs to carry you bags. We were here for 5 days, so it wasn't a problem -- but be warned.
