Contro: The bed probably needs updating - mattresses were soft and sloped to the centre of the bed. Other than that ....all good !

Pro: A very comfortable accommodation, like a home. Very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The host was very helpful and responsive. Very clear instructions for finding location and checking in. Excellent area. Bed was comfortable, although it was 2 single mattresses. We would stay again and recommend this accommodation. Supermarket almost next door. Tram stop minutes away.

Perfect location, fully equipped - A godsend.

Pro: Andrea was a very nice and well prepared. The day before she send well detailed orientations and had a binder full of tips. The location was simply amazing. less then 5min walk from the central market, where you can find amazing food. We did everything by foot and enjoyed our stay in Florence. The appartment is big, there is a fully equiped kitchen, washing machine (which was a godsend in the middle of our trip). The bed is comfortable.

Spacious place in heart of Florence.

Pro: Perfectly located, close to a major historical attractions. Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Very little noise pollution at night. Having and A/C and a fan was a blessing. Location is 10 minutes walk from the train station.Highly recommended.

Contro: 81 stairs to get to the apartment, so good luck if you are traveling with heavy luggage. This was not an issue for us as we light carry on bags.

The kitchen is equipped with everything strap. 3. washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, washing and cleaning products - for those who prefer to do the cleaning themselves this is very important!4. welcome book with all the instructions and recommendations of the owner - you should definitely read it, very useful information. 5. Andrea was always in touch, which was very nice. 6.Great location of the apartment, Santa Maria Novella station (5-7 minutes walk), Conad supermarket (1-2 minutes), and all the best places in Florence nearby!
