Florence Design apartment with large terrace

Mi hijo quiere volver a su casa de Florencia

Pro: Ubicación, en pleno centro y.muy cerquita de la estacion principal de tren. Todo bastante nuevo y cocina muy bien equipada. La atención en remoto de los gestores del apartamento.

Contro: No poder utilizar mucho la terraza por el tiempo del mes de diciembre. Quizá la cama algo blando y que no había microondas.

Die Wohnung war super zentral und hat für uns klasse gepasst.

Pro: Zentrale Lage. Dazu die Terrasse. Es war super sauber die Wohnung. Zwei schöne große Betten und dazu die Bäder. Küche haben wir wenig genutzt. Es ist alles da. Sofa im Wohnraum ist bequem.

Pro: Apartamento muy bien ubicado para visitar todos los puntos interesantes de Florencia. Instalación confortable y amabilidad en el trato por parte de las anfitrionas.

Pro: Wonderful location, 12 out 10 terrace, excellent affordable parking 12 out 10-across street, easy apt. access, clean, basic kitchen

Contro: Managed by a 3rd party so required to complete pre online checkin …takes about 15-20 minutes…must upload passport info for each person and credit card to a site. Never have had to do this when staying in family managed Italian properties so wasn’t keen on this process due to security concerns. The loft has very low ceilings with 2nd bathroom downstairs.

Ideal location for a stay in central Florence with private rooftop deck

Pro: Once I arrived at the building, the person that received me did a great job of walking through the multi-step entry process and making sure I understood how to enter all the codes. Once inside the flat, the tour she gave of the place was also great.

Contro: Immediately before my flight, the person assigned to receive me at the building kept sending WhatsApp messages with mounting pressure that I absolute must complete their registration documents. I explained that the app was not working properly, but she would not listen and just continued to reiterate that I needed to do it straight away. I had to specifically ask her if we could not just do it on site, and she finally admitted we could. I reproduced for her the app problem when I arrived, but we were able to get everything sorted there on-site easily enough. Next time, just say \

Great location in Florence for family of 4

Pro: Likes- great central location with lots of good eating places around, short walk to central area, well decorated, good sleeping space for family of 4, 2 bathrooms, Nespresso machine, hair dryer. Dislikes- no hooks to hang towels to dry and Sofa bed not comfortable
